John Keswick is the owner of this small company. He is a bit old school and doesn’t have a website. To be honest my first introduction to his company was when he walked into our office. John handed me a flyer and gave me his sales pitch of services.
As someone who works for a social media company it was a shocker to find out that I could not find any reference to his company’s existence on the worldwide web. So I was very hesitant to entrust someone I just met with transporting a lunch order for 47 people. If the food didn’t arrive there would not be enough time to find an alternative solution. Well my fears were calmed when I spoke with John the day before and the day of after he had picked up the food. It all arrived safely and in perfect timing.
John was very professional and responsive. I would definitely use his company again. For someone who orders enough food deliveries for an office it is really comforting to know that there is an affordable solution in Austin. I almost gave up hope after a few other services quoted me what I would consider outlandish rates for a food pickup/​drop off.
