I usually don’t write reviews but I have to write this one. I live in Houston and have a rental property in Austin that I had managed myself over the years. All I say is wow! I recently enlisted RPM and manager Jon Lovoy to manage my three homes in Leander, Tx. One was vacant and Jon was able to secure a great tenant within a week who paid $ 300 more the the previous rent I was getting! He also was able to get 2 months deposit! Each time I spoke to him from my home in Calif., he was available and very professional. I moved to Maryland from Austin back in January for a new job opportunity and tried to sell my home. After having it on the market for 3 months with no showings we decided to rent.
