Came in today because I was having symptoms of a sinus infection and pink eye. Apparently since moving to the great state of Texas my body doesn’t like the pollen, cedar, ragweed and everything else that has happened. Was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was patient and friendly. Everyone around me had the flu and I felt germy. Overall would come back to visit for a rx or anything else needed quick and non life threatening

The PA is good, but the insurance billing isn’t. Be sure and say you are a «convenient care visit and not a new Dr. visit» Then you will be forever contacting them because they coded wrong.

My medical clinic away from home. Austin is my hometown and twice now this place as come to my rescue when home visiting family and came down with a sinus infection. They have been fast and efficient and very helpful getting the prescriptions squared away. And they take my California insurance to boot. Thanks!

I woke up for the fifth morning in a row feeling like death and the neti-pot just wasn’t cutting it any more. Was it strep? Had I acquired some monkey virus that was going to slowly take over my body? I high-tailed it to the nearest Rediclinic to find out before it got worse. An important note before we move along. Central Austin doesn’t really have urgent care clinics within drug stores. The closest ones are on far North Lamar, and then there is a trifecta of clinics up here at 620 and 183: One in HEB, one in CVS and one at Walgreens. What gives, people? Bring a couple down to North Central already. The nurse practitioner at the Redlclinic inside the HEB at 620 saw me on a Saturday morning and assured me that I wasn’t dying and had instead acquired both cedar fever and the flu concurrently. Sweet Jesus. She sent me off with a prescription and even called me three days later to make sure that I wasn’t dead yet. What service! There was a wait, but it was Saturday morning in the middle of flu season. I’ll give them a break. If I get another round of maybe-strep I’ll definitely come back here to make sure that I’m not contagious. And if I am, I’ll try not to loll all over the wonderful HEB produce while I’m inside.
