Horrible management company. Jon Tunison is a borderline slum lord. Late responses or no response to maintenance request. The rent payment system is old and out of date. He said he lost a rent check so I provided another. That jerk tried to cash both checks on the same day. So glad owner switch to a new management company. He must have done a bad job for them too.

DO NOT use this management company, Kimberly Parker is a disgrace to property managers everywhere. We have been in our house for 30 days (well sort of). Lease was supposed to begin on 9/​1, property wasn’t ready, carpets weren’t cleaned until we demanded they be cleaned, repairs weren’t made until we were moved in. House was dirty and we had to have it professionally cleaned at our expense. She told me locks were changed, then old tenant dropped off her old key and it worked, interesting. Hot Water heater broke and has been down for 13 days, she tries to blame us for not telling her that the contractors don’t show, won’t fix and haven’t fixed. AWFUL AWFUL! Run.
