Dr. Maybury was very nice. He spoke to my child and explained what he was doing and why. Great experience.

There is nothing remarkable about this office and if you don’t have an afternoon to waste, go elsewhere. I arrived 5 minutes early to my most recent appointment per request and was left waiting in the examination room without contacts for over an hour. To make matters worse, my exam got off to a very unprofessional start. I was literally asked «how many fingers am I holding up?» by the technician from across the room. When I protested and asked to move on to the routine examination, I was told this silliness was standard in their office. I haven’t seen such a thing during previous visits here nor in 20 years of visiting other optometry clinics. With all of the other offices in the Austin area that accept the same set of insurance policies, keep looking.

Dr. Maybury is great — thorough when conducting exams. My family has had good eye care in this office, and I would recommend Master Eye Associate to others.
