We do not have insurance my husband had surgery on his foot and every podiatrist we called wanted to charge us an arm and a leg just to be seen. He was so understanding he only charged us a fraction of what every other Dr wanted to charge. You can tell he is a wonderful Dr and cares about his patients and helping people. I would recommend him to anyone especially if you want a Dr that really cares. We will use him for many years to come.

I injured a big toe and weeks later it had developed into a painful and persistent ingrown toenail. Dr. Wokasien got me into his office the same day and performed a procedure to correct the problem on the spot. He is very friendly and explained the issue and the corrective procedure very clearly. He is also the only podiatrist in the area that is available on Saturdays. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wokasien provided top-​quality medical care at short notice and at a reasonable price.
I had an ingrown big toenail that I had been hoping would fix itself. When it became clear it was only getting worse I started calling around to find a podiatrist would could see me on short notice. Ron was the only one I could find with a same day appointment available. He numbed my toe, removed part of the nail and bandaged me up in probably less than 5 minutes. I could tell he had done this hundreds if not thousands of times before – no wasted movements. Very efficient and easy! Toe is completely healed now. I would definitely recommend him.

I did a Google search for weekend podiatrists and Dr. Wokasien’s name popped up. This past Friday night, an ingrown toenail I’d ignored for about a week made it almost impossible for me to walk. It was red, slightly infected and hurt badly. I called Dr. Wokasien’s office first thing Saturday and, fortunately for me, he had a cancellation that morning. His bedside manner was terrific and I was in and out of the office in under an hour. My foot is in the healing stages and it feels 100% better.
I’m sure folks like myself, who work long weekday hours, are very appreciative to find doctors who have some time on the weekends! Thanks again!

I agree with the reviews of Dr. Ron. I chose him as my podiatrist because of the Unilocal reviews and I’m glad I did.
I have had achy ankles and legs for a while and thought it was just part of life & getting older (I’m only 34!). The aches got worse and finally I suffered a terrible shin splint after a run at town lake in Nikes with little support. I had enough and decided to get help.
Dr. Ron was informative, professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and most importantly, he made my feet, ankles and legs feel better! He discovered that my right leg was ¼ inch shorter than my left and that my arches and body have been suffering from the slight difference. I’m excited about my new stride and can’t wait to get used to the new inserts so I can run again!

I have been seeing Dr. Wokasien for a couple of years for several issues. I was able to get an initial appointment quickly and for each issue he gave me options for treatment. Each time he provided thorough explanations of what he was doing, scheduled follow-​ups for healing and progress checks and charged reasonable amounts for his services. I found him through a mutual friend and have now recommended him to my boyfriend. He’s a no-​nonsense guy and his office is no frills, but the treatment is top-​rate.

Dr. Wokasien has been my Podiatrist for a few years. He takes very good care of me and my Mother that is a diabetic. I have had a broken toe, laceration, sprain, toe nail removal and thorn removal… so I have just about done it all with Dr. W. He is very thorough on his examinations and takes the time to fully explain any injuries you may have and how to make a smooth recovery. Also, he is very reasonable in price. He has been in business for over 30 years, so he knows what he is doing.
