I’ve taken the boat out with Dan about 3 times so far and I have had the most amazing experience. Not only does it drive the boat for us to wakeboard but he also gives us lessons for a small additional cost. He is so incredibly helpful and great to talk to. The schedule for booking a boat is so extremely flexible, I have been able to book the day before. If you aren’t interested in buying a boat, I would recommend ATX Wake over any boat club. I’ve done so much research about boats and ATX Wake has been the best result by far.
The boat is very nice. the sound system is great. You can connect your phone through bluetooth and play your favorite music. The cushions are brand new and kept very well. You can sit up at the bow as well and just lie down and relax.

My husband and I had a 2 hour surf lesson with Dan on our new boat. We could both get up on the board, but had not mastered dropping the rope. Dan helped us tweak our boat to produce the right sized wave, gave us tips on pulling a surfer and then easily circling back to pick them up, recommended the type of boards that would work best for us, and taught us the mechanics of surfing a big wave with no rope (which are totally different skills from being towed behind a boat!). By the end of our lesson, we were surfing! We will go back out with him again, for sure, when we are ready to learn some tricks!
