We were referred to Roy when our water heater started pouring water into an upstairs bedroom. He came out shortly after I called, and was able to quote us a price to replace the existing water heater that same evening. He also provided us a quote for two tankless water heaters and the benefits/​differences of each one. When I decided which one to go with, he was there the next morning first thing to replace the old one. He is knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, professional and affordable. His quote was $ 2000 less than the first plumber we called. We are relatively new to town, and Roy will be our go to guy for any AC/​Heating/​plumbing needs we have in the future. I highly recommend him!

We have been calling on Roy for 18 years for our personal and residential rental property needs. He is honest and prices are competitive. This past winter the heater gave out at a rental property. It was 25 degrees on a Sunday, and Roy came out the same day and got everything working that day. I highly recommend Roy’s Heating and AC Service!

Roy’s Heating and Air Conditioning Service is consistently the very best in AC repair. The owner Roy Mendez provides personal, reliable ac repair at a very reasonable price. I’ve had Roy repair and service my ac units for several years now and I have never been disappointed either in the quality of his work or his ability to quickly diagnose the problem. Roy’s integrity is beyond reproach. I highly recommend Roy.
