Just went to get my hair cut with Denise — she rocked it! She gave great advice on a cut, treated me to a long scalp massage, and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. My hair feels light and airy; she gave a five-​star haircut. In addition to doing a stellar job, Denise is a patient, lovely person — such a kind soul. I will definitely be returning to see her again.

I went to Denise with a groupon and she cut my haystack into a swingy, bouncy ‘do. She took her time (great shampoo massage!) and was quite pleasant to talk to. It’s on South Congress just south of Oltorf and the parking is easy. I will definitely go back!

Denise was really, really nice and had an awesome personality! I really enjoyed my visit. For the most part, my haircut was done really carefully and with detail. The way she does blow-​dry is pretty unique as well!
However, I hesitantly gave it 3 stars, because I felt like my bangs were cut very hastily. I didn’t achieve the look I wanted with it, and I am pretty picky about my bangs (it’s the only part of my hair that I actually really care about getting right). It takes more than one scissor sweep across to get it; the stylist usually thins it, etc. too. Unfortunately, it bothered me so much that I had to go home and fix it myself.

Denise was the best! I have long hair and I wanted a trim– she was easy to talk to, experienced, and thorough about styling.
She didn’t cut any corners as far as giving me the cut I asked for and checking that I liked it at the end. She is awesome! This was my first time at salon virtue on a groupon.
check it out if you can, you can schedule online. So worth it, hope to be back soon!

I love this place! I just got my highlights done with Stephanie and she did an amazing job. Cool, chill spot on South Congress. She was quick and my hair looks great. I’ve found my hair girl for sure!!!
