A little expensive (or I’d give 5 stars) but they put a lot of earnest effort into my picky grandmother’s hair-​looks great, and kid cuts were well done too. No frills, friendly salon.

Bebe is the best! She puts so much care into her clients hair and she really listens to what you want. You can tell that she is passionate about her work, and that styling hair is much much more then a job to her. I absolutely love my color and the way my layers are falling, and can honestly say that this is my favorite way anyone has ever cut my hair. Plus, BB is very knowledgeable about hair health and has taught me so much about how to maintain the health of my hair whilst I am growing it out. Thanks so much Bebe, you are a gem!!!

Lisa is the best! She does fabulous highlights & her cuts are awesome! I have always been happy over the 20 years she has been making my hair look beautiful. Her salon is nice & relaxed & whole staff is very friendly.

I have been living in Austin for 15 years and have never found a stylist i like. My hair has lots of challenges and no one has been able to tame it. Until now!
Michael styled my hair incredibly well. He took his time and contoured it to fit the way my hair lays naturally in addition to making it stylish. Even though he took off at least an inch my girlfriend didn’t realize i had gotten a cut because Michael did such a great job.
I have paid twice as much for a cut not half as nice. And he didn’t try to sell me a bunch of product. Needless to say i will be patronizing this establishment for my styling needs.

I went to see Bebe as a last attempt to fix my totally butchered hair. This was my third cut in a few weeks. I was very nervous about doing anything to it. Bebe was wonderful. She really listened to me and my concerns. She took her time and did an amazing job on my hair. I was so happy and comfortable with her, that I booked a color appointment for the next week (which also turned out better than expected) and I am taking my son to see her too. I would highly recommend Bebe to anyone! I also want to add that everyone at the salon was very friendly and it is a very nice environment.

I started with Michael 20 years ago in Houston and was terribly upset when he moved to Seattle. Losing a good stylist is like losing your favorite shoes! They are just not replaceable!

What I love about him is that he truly listens to my wants and needs. He provides direction at my request so that his skills and imagination mixed with my hairs leaves me feeling so beautiful when I leave the salon. He’s a very like-​able, real, down to earth stylist! ATX is lucky to have Michael back!!!

I usually get my hair cut at a near by Sport Clips or something similar, but my girlfriend got her hair done here and told me I should try it. It was a great way for us to bond together getting haircuts at the same time. We drive all the way from Parmer and its definitely worth it. Brian at Salone is super helpful. its very classy and we like getting our Belly points too!

I am EXTREMELY picky about my hair color, and over the years I have been so disappointed in my search for a Master Colorist who understands the need for beautiful hair that shows some «personality.»
Well, Lisa Christine is a rare find and truly a gem! She listens, takes her time, and really does phenomenal work — not to mention that the Kevin Murphy products they use here are spectacular. Also, you get a percentage off of your service just for checking in on Facebook :)

Bebe is the best in town! Having seen her multiple times for hair colour and cuts, I’m really pleased with the results.
She takes the time to discuss options with you, and explains what she’s going to do, which in my experience is rare.
I went in for highlights yesterday on my already highlighted hair. My hair had multiple colours in it already, and I wanted it evened out. As she put foils in, I could see her weaving out specific pieces of hair that were already blond, so that she didn’t over process those pieces. And also only going part way down the hair length on certain pieces. The attention to that kind of detail is the difference between shiny, healthy hair, and that frazzled look you see on over processed hair. If you value your shiny hair, but want great colour results, you should go see Bebe.
For the cut, I have stick straight fine hair that shows every single cut if not done right. So it’s really important to not cut any straight lines into it. She point-​cut my layers so that there were no visible lines, and what I am most happy about is she doesn’t disregard my request to take off the bare minimum. Most of my past stylists have insisted on an inch or even two, and even when I say no, they still do it anyway. Bebe actually listens to what YOU want.

Ok… so, for most of my adult life (I’m 30) I have been platinum blonde. Well last year I had the «bright» idea to dye my hair dark brown. Aaaaand I did it myself. Hot mess! I stayed brunette for about 8 months until I finally decided that I was ready to go back to being blonde. So I scheduled an appointment with Bebe… which this was my very first appointment at this salon because we just moved to the area. Oh my goodness I am SO HAPPY with how my hair turned out. Bebe even took before and after photos to show the progress that was made today in this transition and I was blown away. I feel pretty again and I’m so excited to go back in a few weeks to add more highlights!

I went in for a men’s haircut at the very last minute. Michelle Lee was not only flexible, but did a great job on my hair! What’s more, I have challenging hair due to its texture, density, and growth patterns. Michelle was attentive, friendly, easy-​going, and went the extra mile to make my hair look good as well as making me feel good about it. Thank You, Michelle!

Lisa is amazing and so is her husband! They are so kind and caring they feel like family and SHE TRULY TAKES CAREFUL CONSIDERATION TO MAKE SURE YOUR NEEDS AND DESIRES ARE ATTAINED!!! She is a hair genius! My husband and I are blonde multi tonal HAIR SNOBS!!! She surpasses our expectations every time and is totally IRREPLACEABLE!!! I love this salon and Lisa!

I have been going here for over a year and have been to both Lisa and Alex. Both are very talented and give great customer service. The salon and staff are very professional. They always offer complimentary wine, sodas, tea, juice or coffee. I get my hair hilighted and cut every 4 – 5 weeks here. Recently, alex did the keratin infusion for me. I LOVE it! I am an attorney with 2 small children. My hair is ready in half the time and I get so many compliments. Keratin is like brazillian blow out without fermaldahide. Much more natural! I don’t know what this other reviewer is talking about. Met Jennifer. She was ok… she even did my hair once, but nothing but class and pampering here. I’m thinking this Highland Park/​Dallas girl knows more than that whining hippi dude about where to go for great hair!!! They are A+ in my book and I am a hard grader.

Lisa Balli is the owner and has been doing my hair for 10+ years. She can do anything… color, haircuts, updos, extensions and is excellent at them all! The Salon has a great atmosphere as well. If you’re new to town or just looking for a good Stylist, and want the best service… go see Lisa.
