Scallon Custom Pools

Never thought to post a review before but wanted to warn others as I now have safety concerns regarding our pool and spa as the spa seems to be collapsing. FYI, our pool construction started about 9 years ago. They did a very creative design but perhaps overly ambitious in terms of being able to build it. It took them nearly 15 months to «complete» the pool. It was never completed to our satisfaction or any reasonable standard (couldn’t stop the spa from leaking). We never paid our final payment, Scallon stopped returning calls regarding the spa leakage. Fast forward and the leaks are causing a deterioration in structure that may lead to collapse and is causing a number of other problems. I could never in good conscience recommend them as a pool builder.

These guys don’t stand up to their work… Totally waste of time dealing with an owner who doesn’t come to the phone. Always another excuse
