I’ve been working with Seretti now, off and on, for over 2 years and they consistantly put out wonderful work. Our office now sends over 75% of our lab work to Seretti because of their excellent customer service, reliability, and quality. Short and sweet: they are the best for Austin dental lab work.

This lab is top notch, never had poor or rude customer service, if anything they go above and beyond.
I’ve delivered countless cases from them, most all of them dentures (both complete and partial) and very rarely if ever do they need adjustment during the delivery appointment. Unbelievable. They take pride in their work. They might be a tad more expensive but you pay for what you get. I don’t sweat delivery appointments anymore. Can’t recommend them enough. So happy to have a reliable lab.

They have completely gone down hill in quality in the past year. Their main lab tech left, which should tell you something. There is no consistency and they are very rude when dealing with them. We will also no longer be using them for anything.
