Dennis does some things well but you do not get a written plan with a sketch so you may not end up with what you thought you agreed to.
We had a lot of work done but some of it did not turn out well. Stone work was good craftsmanship, but the design needed rework .
I was having trouble growing grass in part of my yard– Dennis recommended shade tolerant St Augustine. It went down but preparation of soil and check for adequacy of irrigation was minimal, as a result all of the sod died. Now I have a large (expensive) brown spot in the yard.
Cleared some rocks out of an area near the drive, then dumped them in a pile in my back yard instead of hauling them off .
Landscapers are supposed to make things look better aren’t they?
Attention to detail was low for the price that was paid. A little more time spent analyzing the situation could have either produced a result that worked 100% or saved me a lot of money or both.
He does show up when he says he will and works quickly.
