I’m very disappointed with the entire experience. I live two blocks away from this hospital and I will never return. The intake nurse kept repeating questions because she was too busy chatting with her colleague. I waited for over 6+ hours in a room not set up for my examination needs. I needed a pelvic exam and they put me in a reclining chair. The only saving grace thus far has been a kind orderly who would check in on me from time to time. Other than that, I will never return to this hospital, nor will I recommend it to my friends and family. This is not a place to be cared for in a kind or timely manner.

Getting a timely renewal of an ongoing prescription is very difficult. It takes up to 3 days min to renew this type of prescription.
This ‘large’ network has not kept up with the tremendous growth in the region. Their procedures are now inadequate.
I doubt they’ll be able to properly co-​run the medical school with UT. Memorial Hermann in Houston does not make patients jump through this many hoops – and it also partners with UT.
