Silver Papery

Lets start by saying I don’t write reviews. Not unless a place just absolutely blows my mind. I walked in and was immediately greeted with such a warm welcome. To be honest, it was a bit daunting going into this place given their location — Westlake. This probably isn’t important but I wasn’t the most presentable. I had just got done with workout and one of my bridesmaid came with me to help pick out invitations. I was determined to find my invitations in that one sitting. After almost 3 hours of flipping through page after page, my personal designer was SO patient and so in the process with me. She was so kind and truly cared to the utmost detail of what my invitations would like. We finally found our invite and after another hour of figuring out what everything would say — we finally got it done. Now I really base my rating on what happened after I left. The communication was so open and immediate and every time I had a change Kelli or Kathy or April were there to make it. The proof came in ONE day. I didn’t like it and was able to change it and the next proof came in the next day. I got my invitations and honestly — I hated them. It wasn’t Silver’s fault. It said everything I wanted it to say but the colors didn’t look like the proof. I think it had something to do with the screen resolution and it appears differently from the screen vs in person. Word to the wise, make sure you know exactly what the colors will look like in person vs the screen. So, having spent a lot of $$$, I was so upset. Invitations are important to me because I think it really sets the tone and feel of your wedding. So Silver really wanted to remedy the situation by being able to reprint them and I was able to pick out a custom color. Designer Press (invitation company) did not have the color I wanted. Silver rushed them and needless to say my invitations are PERFECT. Kelli, Kathy and April went WAY above and beyond to make things right and to truly put the customers wants and needs first. They have a customer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone for all things paper!

My fiancé and I had been searching for our wedding invitations. We had looked at a few other stores and were a bit surprised by the volumes of options to chose from. We really needed some direction but the other stores were more transactional or distracted, until we found The Silver Papery. They really sat down with us, discussed our theme and came up with a variety of options. They helped do the math to find our best price point. We even ended up changing our wedding after already ordering our first set of invitations. The Silver Papery worked quickly to get our new set of invitations to accomodate our last minute changes. They also did a beautiful job on my bridal luncheon invites. Due to our location, they were able to handle many of our questions via email or phone, helping to minimize our trips to the store. There team is absolutely wonderful. They care about their customers and will work to find the perfect invite to fit your event. I will continue to use them for all my needs in the future.
