Fried Oreo. SUPERGOOD! I will tell to all my friends, of course! Ready to share good information to all the person I know.

They now have deep fried oreos and elephant ears(big pieces of fry bread coated in cinnamon and sugar)…my God this is good stuff! I am still craving it after 3 oreos and 2 elephant ears. The oreos are crunchy on the outside and chocolaty creamy on the inside. The batter is VERY light and really allows the oreo to be the focus… the batter is also very thin and you do not feel like you are eating fried dough with oreo… just perfect! The elephant ears do not taste like processed fake fry bread like the ones you may eat at a street fair or carnival… they taste like homemade fry bread. The elephant ears are thin but not thin like chips… they are coated with plenty of sugar and cinnamon… and the edges have a little extra crunch that I just adore. I could compare the flavors to the binets I had at café du monde on NOLA. So good! This is is the best dessert in SOCO!

Sno Cones is hands down my new favorite place for a cold treat! The cute trailer is dressed in hula skirts and those paper umbrellas they serve in Hawaiian fruity cocktails and the guy working the trailer could not be friendlier! As soon as I walked up he was offering me samples of any flavor I wanted to try — I decided on the daily flavor which was Melon Berry and it was hands down As good as it gets! The flavor was just the perfect sweetness and the ice was the perfect texture AND the guy offered my Pup a cup of snow ice free of charge for which I tipped a dollar. Their 8 oz are only a dollar and they have some sugar free flavors. The flavors are not as extensive as some but really Frog-in-a-blender flavor(Frigid Frog) does not appeal to me. Give me super friendly service from a cute gentleman with southern charm a delicious cold treat that does not melt in the heat and who treats my dog like a paying customer and I am weak in the knees! And since they happen to be in the Austin Pets Alive! parking lot I see me there OFTEN!
