Ordered online on July 15, 2014 and my credit card was immediately charged and later that day was sent an email saying the product had been shipped. Not so! A shipping label had been created for UPS but nothing ever shipped until 8 days later on the 23^rd of July that the package was actually sent out. Very poor business practice and to have charged my credit card long before the product was actually sent is unacceptable. Stay away. After calling the store they had no answers. Will never use again!!!
