Sprint Store

I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over 15 years and have never experienced such horrible customer service. This review is specifically for Daniel Longoria, their unfortunate choice of a store manager. I walked in with a locked up iPhone that was purchased a couple days ago and he refused to help me. I explained that Sprint customer service directed me to come to the store and he said I had to go to Apple and that they wouldn’t see me without an appointment. I explained that I did not purchase the phone from Apple, my business was with Sprint and they told me to come to the store. He said that it wasn’t their problem. They sold me a good phone and they don’t hold the warranty. Here’s the thing… He was completely wrong. Which I knew. But fine. Whatever. I asked to speak to a manager before I left as I knew he was wrong and we were going in circles and he says with a smile, «That’s me.» He was clearly enjoying his power to offer me zero help. Alright. I decide to leave and go to another store. I’m irritated but he’s not going to do anything to help. As I’m walking out the door he very sarcastically says to me in a sing song voice, «I hope you have a really fantastic day.»
So, he didn’t help me. He was smug and gleeful about not helping me. And then he pours fuel on the fire by goading me. I turned around and called him a smartass.
Then I went to the Southpark Meadows location and lo and behold. They could help me.
Sprint, take my advice and fire that man and pray he goes to work for your competitors. You’ll be doing yourself a huge favor.

I have had a terrible time with sprint so far. They have me jumping through hoops just because one of there old employees lied to me. Long story, a employee told me me bill was gonna be 160 with unlimited everything. Get my bill its 160, 3^rd bill comes and its over 200. So i go up to the store (slaughter and brodie) to ask whats going on and there computers are down (imagine that). They tell me to call customer care to fix any issue. Called them and they told me i could still cut my bill in half, i just needed to go online and do it. Well ok thats sounds better. I go online and it tells me there is a error and sends me to the store by my house slaughter and brodie. I call me them and they tell me to go to a corporation store. So i go to this store in southpark medows. Im put this this guy named Nolan Barton. Im already mad and extremely irritated but this guy has a great additude and make me feel a little better from the start. He is the only employee that actually tried to help me out of my situation. He did as much as he could but since my phones were taken when i switched from verison i could not get my bill cut in half but if i can get them back i can. Still working on this. And in a side note i went to the other location and tried to get a receipt they could only give me one for a phone case? So i ask about the gift card i am supposed to get for switching. Imagine that i was lied to again by this guy that doesn’t work there any more. I had a new phone program that was not paid off from verison i still needed to pay 320 on. They only do disconnect fees but i was out of contract (he told me they would pay my edge off as well) lies all lies. So as of right now im stuck paying version 320 back for this phone i dont even have anymore because sprint has it. And also im paying 30 more dollars a month for this bill. Verison bill 168 sprint bill 198. Nolan Barton he helped me out alot and made my bad situation alittle bit better (at least got me on the right path). So why would i switch from verions to sprint to have a 320 bill left with them (and i had a brand new gs5) and have to pay more on my bill with sprint. This sucks!!!
