Worst sprint store ever! Last time I will try there. Drove all the way from Steiner to get a phone switched and was told to go elsewhere by the girl working. Got there at 7:15 they close at 8. This happened on 9−2−14. Last time I tried this pathetic location I had to drive to galleria! Why does this store exist! Left one star because none is not an option! Oh and there was a chicken finger on the floor! Gross

I would give this place a negative review if I could. first off the so called «manager» working when I set up my services lied lied and lied some more to me to get me In a contract .told me I would have unlimited on 3 phones for a certain amount of money. and just my first bill would be higher .i pay my first bill and go in to talk with someone and what do u no .shes know longer there for doing dirty business !! So my second bill is even higher then myfirst and I got completely screwed!!! Do NOt go here!

What can I say. This place was awesome for me. Granted they work on commision, but they drove to another store just to get what I needed. and had it to me in 20 minutes. That is dedication to the job.
I went in and my phone connect wasn’t working so they offered the upgrade since they didn’t have the tools to update the 1st gen sprint connect.
Good job guys YOU ROCK
