The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales person Tori treated me with condescending remarks and disrespect. I will never buy anything from Sprint again. WORSTPLACE I HAVEEVERBEENTOO!!! after my bad experience I went to Chick Fil A across the street to eat and I was treated with the most respect!!! So there are still some places that treat the Customer as a customer and not as a PROBLEM like the sales person at Sprint did.

Stay away from this Sprint store and don’t purchase the Asurion insurance if you do decide to go with Sprint. I had to make two visits to this location because Jimmy was to lazy to do his job the first time by not logging my visit to include the reason for my visit. My second visit a pleasant young lady assisted me by making sure all of the required information was placed into the computer. I was a little concerned that the manager came over and asked the young lady if everything was okay. I asked him«did my check in set off some sort of alarms that required a manager to watch over the interactions?» and his reply was«no, I’m the sniper.» My response was«good luck with that.» I know it’s Texas but when did it become okay to make a death threat to customers. Yeah, just watch the tape Sprint or does this not surprise you because it’s what you teach? So if you’re into poor service, unkept promises, and death threats feel free to stop by this Sprint location. Murica you know… so, the next time you’re shopping for a phone beware of the manager who’s also a Sniper. I suspect the boy has spent to much time playing Call to Duty and very little time with his face full of sand.

I attempted to lower my bill and remain a Sprint customer by researching potential options for a cheaper plan and newer iPhone. My husband and I went to our local Sprint store in San Marcos last week to go over our plans and inquire about potentially upgrading our iPhones. I knew my mother-in-law was the authorized user of my husband’s account and would most likely need her presence to make changes to the account but we went ahead of time to ensure we would not waste her time by bringing her to the store and not make any changes. I ultimately decided it would be best for me to join my husband’s and mother-in-law’s account by «adding a line for $ 20» and was advised by the service representative that I would need to have my mother in law come in to the store to authorize the changes. I left feeling as if the service representative did not really present all my available options(my husband remarked he did not even bother to pull up my account — only my husband & mother-in-law’s account — during our conversation) but I did not think too much of this since I figured I would just save the most money by switching to mother-in-law’s account. Yesterday my mother in law(elderly and recovering from surgery) drives 30 miles from her home to the Sprint store in our town, San Marcos TX, to make the changes. We arrive at the store and we are told that the changes to «add a line» cannot be made at this store and we will need to go online to make these changes. We had multiple other questions about my mother-in-law’s bill but they were not clearly answered or we were advised to «just go online.» At this San Marcos store, there were least 4 service representatives in the store the whole time we are in there with no other customers. It did seem like we were bothering the employees in there with our presence and requests because of the lack of assistance. Anyways, we patiently go home with no complaining and attempt the changes online. The URL we were given at the store does not work(we are later informed by Matt at the Southpark Meadows Sprint store that the link has changed hence the broken link) so we call Sprint to add my line. The Sprint operator lets us know that she cannot make this change over the phone and will email us the document to «get started.» My mother in law checks her email over and over but never receives this email. We then decide to go to the Sprint store right by her house in Southpark Meadows to try to get this resolved. We get there and are assisted by Matt who is extremely professional, friendly, efficient and apologizes profusely for the prior issues in adding a line. Addling a line takes 20 minutes(if that) with Matt working on this issue. He was knowledgeable about the billing questions we had as well and never made us feel like we were taking up his time. Thank you, Matt — truly an asset to Sprint. This whole process of adding a line took 3 hours total from the time my mother in law arrived to my house, leaving to the Sprint store in San Marcos, coming back home and trying to figure out the Sprint website, calling Sprint, waiting for an email that never arrived, and then finally driving 60 miles round trip(for 2 vehicles) to the Southpark Meadows store to get this issue resolved. Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment to avoid waiting — it is a busy store. So yeah, Sprint still sucks but at least this store was helpful and resolved my issue in a timely manner.

If you need tech support for your phone, Amanda is the person you want! I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Sprint tech support trying to solve a phone issue with no luck. I went to the Sprint store at Southpark Meadows and Amanda solved the problem in less than a minute. She had to reinstall the software and said it would be ready in an hour… and it was! She answered several questions I had and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. So if you have a phone issue, I highly recommend Amanda!
