FYI — this business is called Cornerstone Concrete Stain if you are wondering.
I just got off the phone with Mark of Cornerstone and I’m so thankful. He was generous with his time talking with someone who will very likely never need to step foot in his store. Long story short: I’m dealing with a shit show created by multiple concrete stainers and whoever poured the slab. Mark took the time to hear my sob story and explain what he thinks happened /​went wrong. He then gave me the name of 3 people who is believes can help repair my floor. He is even going as far as to personally call one of them on my behalf. Now that is great service.

Just called to ask some information. They answered the phone very rudely and when I asked if this was stain it, they said yeah, then I asked if they were a storefront they said «yeah I guess, what do you need!» I said «some decent customer service» and hung up. Why would I want to give my business to a company that was so rude when I called to ask some questions? They may be a great company and just had a bad day, but they made a horrible first impression with me. I won’t be giving them my business.
