Iced double shot with a little cream hits the spot tonight

this place was so nice. they had the best service ever. their staffs were so fast and friendly. love to go back and see them again.

Not the best place to have some coffee which has the quality about above average but I am a big fan of their frappucino menu. Reasonable price.

Beware of Austen!!! I have a deathly allergy to milk and normally Starbucks does a good job of making sure I have soy milk. But two times at this location Barista Austen has given me normal milk, then when asked to change, he gives dirty looks and uses the same cup the milk was in! When told that I am very allergic and need a new cup he makes it obvious that he hates me and his job. He needs to be fired. Rude rude rude.

I have been going to 4 points Starbucks for several years now but things have changed.
Baristas are not as quick and friendly at this location. The place has gone down hill since Adam (previous manager) was store manager.
Btw– Has anyone else noticed the gender-​neutral restroom signs? I haven’t seen this at any other Starbucks.

I really liked the location of this place and liked the fact that they had clean restrooms. My drink was great and our pastry was wonderful also! They seem to be on the smaller side but they made great use of what they have here hehe ~
The one minus-​star is because the employee who helped me kept saying «WHAT?», «WHAT DID YOU SAY?» instead of «excuse me?», «pardon», «what was that again?» when he did not hear something or someone clearly. I just do not understand when people are not able to come across a little less rude.
Either way I would still go back here and like that there is plenty of parking.

I have been disappointed with this location many times. I live really close which is the only reason I go to this one. Anytime I get a chai latte it’s very watery tasting, even when I order it with whole milk. Last time I got a hot coffee it was so gross I dumped it out at home. The time before that I said sweetened and it wasn’t and when I asked for it to be sweetened (again) they rudely grabbed it without saying anything. Today was my last straw I think, I ordered a PSL in a grande size (hot) and they left TWO inches empty at the top! Remind me why I paid $ 5+ for this? Sadly I didn’t know till I was already away from the store so I couldn’t go back in. This store reminds me of why I usually just drink coffee at home.

My experience here begin at 8 in the morning. They were very busy, but moving the line quickly. I ordered a black iced tea lemonade, shaken and sweetened. They offer a selection of food and also Starbucks wares, however I didn’t purchase any of those items this morning.
The staff is friendly and efficient. The cons are that the music is a little loud and it is also very cold; Bring a jacket. Other than that, there is ample room for seating and free Wi-​Fi.

I love starbucks, but this one missed the mark a tad bit. The layout of the store was one of the biggest and nicest I’ve seen, so at first I was impressed even though it was nearly empty. Then I order my favorite drink «caramel ribbon crunch frap» and the Bautista tells me they’re out of the sprinkles that go on top. I try to order a different frap, their newly advertised «smores» frap, and she tells me they’re out of that too. Kinda disappointing! For such a big starbucks, they’re out of so many ingredients. I end up going with a «coconut frap» that the Bautista recommended, which was interesting but was so new it wasn’t even on the menu. Everyone on the staff was super nice and welcoming though, I just wish that next time I come they can actually make the drink I want!

Normally all starbucks are the same to me, but this one feels more like home. Everytime I go in I feel welcomed. There were a few times where they had my drinks wrong, but they would remake it or let me try something else that is more of my tasting. Either way I do walk away happy. I seriously love this starbucks and love to bring my friends here to chill.

Most poorly managed and executed starbucks I have been too. Either skip this one and hit another store or opt for something else nearby.

Nice and familiar as always, staff is getting better, the best coffee is always here.

It’s a Starbucks so I have to put a few stars for that alone however I will be trying to avoid this Starbucks because they make crap drinks. They can’t seem to make a coffee frap to save their life. Every time I order it something is wrong with it. Blonde chick who works there also gave me an attitude when I asked her to remake it and it was still messed up to which she responded with I don’t know what the problem is I made I right. Not good customer service. If you plan on getting a semi complicated drink go to a different one.

Very personable baristas, but a bit slow. Ladies room needs to be consistently kept cleaner.

This is definitely a nice local Starbucks! The manager Adam is always so nice. This Starbucks just seems so much more chill and welcoming that the other Starbucks I’ve visited. Typically when it comes to a corporate store (any company) as a community fundraiser looking for help you are immediately turned away and told you need to fill out an application on a website and allow a minimum of 60 days for approval to find out you’ll be denied because your a family team supporting a good cause. Not in this case! We have a family team that walks in the annual JDRF Walk to Cure diabetes and we have a dollar goal to turn in. Adam the manager instantly found some items in the back that were no longer being sold on the shelves so that we could make a Starbucks gift basket to raffle off and raise money to turn into JDRF. There was no going back and forth. It was heartfelt and very helpful to our cause.

David you have a kick ass personality but your barista sucks. A Chai tea is not only made of milk. There was no yummy goodness. therefore i determined your female barista failed at life. bye Felicia!

There is no drive through here, but I don’t mind coming inside. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly. My beverages are always made well, and everyone I’ve interacted with here has been pleasant.
There usually isn’t much available in terms of seating inside, but as I almost always take it to go, this is not a problem for me.
I often grab a coffee here before going grocery shopping at the HEB in the same shopping center.

Its Starbucks? I read a book once on McDonalds and it talked about the #1 reason for their success was being able to replicate the Big Mac experience in New York City and Stockholm… I believe Starbucks fully follows this strategy, and it is a good one. It isn’t the best coffee in the world, but you know what it is going to taste like going in, and they have 3 new locations on Pluto, so you are good to go, ANYWHERE.
At this location I frequent the drive-​thru, but I have been inside as well. I will say that they NAIL the drive-​thru. Only one time did I get a breakfast sandwich with no meat… bummer, but I’m resilient like Peyton Manning, and my morning was okay! Inside has been a little hit or miss… bit more chaotic, and if you don’t like jockeying around crowds, it can get busy.
To this day, I cannot believe «they» haven’t figured out a way to make the coffee cups without a seam so you don’t get that terrible drip that can ruin a perfectly nice dress shirt. Boom, another million dollar idea I won’t come up with!

One of my favorite Starbucks, in the same shopping center as HEB, Twin Liquors, and Target. Hard to beat!
The line moves quickly, they keep it very clean, and the cashier made sure I got my treat receipt the last time I was there. I had walked away without it, and it was a few minutes before 2. I was able to spin around an hour later and get a refresher for $ 2. Hey-​o!
No drive-​thru, but don’t be lazy.

This Starbucks was nice and quiet when I went in around 4 pm. The barista was pleasant and I love that they don’t use those stickers for our order and name and instead hand wrote it with a green crayon.
I ordered a tall pumpkin spice latte and it was exactly what I needed and perfect :)
