I go here because it’s the closest one to my home. Tomatoes and sour cream left out of my Taco supreme 10:30 pm and the only person in the drive thru so there should be NO excuse to rush or mess up orders. On top of screwing up a taco supreme they also managed to mess up the nacho cheese chalupa by forgetting the nacho cheese. It’s always something every time I come here. Get it together and hire staff that isn’t stoned out of their minds.

HORRIBLE customer service, I like Taco Bell food and that’s the only reason I would go here. They laughed at me when I tried to open the doors after hours and hid under the counter and Bella(the drive through attendant) told me, and I quote«please don’t come to Taco Bell again» when we went through the drive through. Also, who makes someone drive around the building three times for three different orders? It’s not fast food when it takes us 20 minutes just to get a couple of burritos in the middle of the night with no business and six workers. Like I said, Taco Bell food is great, but if I were to give this one a rate 1 – 10 based on customer service i’d give it a solid 1. If you really love Taco Bell and can deal with crappy people, go here.

This is my favorite Taco Bell! It’s really close to my house and I always get great service and my food is always hot. Unfortunately Taco Bell has a reputation for being not very nice and bad with food handling. I’ve definitely been to a few of those but I’ve never had that experience here. How often do you get fast food service that not only was patient while you decided what to get and then ordered something complicated but also asked how my day was when i got to the window?! They seem to have a good time working here too. One time a girl saw me looking at the hiring poster and started telling me why it’s worth it to work there. Most fast food places the people look like they hate their life but I haven’t seen much of that here. Even when I’m not in the area I make the effort to specifically come to this one because I know I can trust them.

This place is a total hit or miss. 30 minutes before close they didn’t want to make our food. Every time it’s something different. We drove from one Taco Bell who had technical difficulties all the way across town to this one which just doesn’t want to make the food. Cedar Park Taco Bells just can’t hold it together. I think 1 out of 10 times I go to Taco Bell I have a good experience. It’s like no one knows what they’re doing or they’re just stoned out of their mind. Stop wasting everyone’s time.

I have a new theory: there is a black hole of suck centered on the 620⁄2222 intersection where the majority of places fall into the meh-awful zone. My other reviews will bear this out, as the farther they are from this intersection the better things tend to get. This Taco Bell falls on the ‘awful’ side of the zone. Like the other places in the area, it’s understaffed and the staff that does bother to show up seems bummed out. I’ve had bean burritos that were watery, and quesadillas which have been rimmed with burned cheese. Everything else is as dispirited tasting as the staff looks. This place gets a 1 on the ‘CTJ Scale’ as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing on after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus’ Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn’t have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn’t have my penultimate supper here, either.

I am not one to usually complain about fast food restaurants because I do get that society typically treats them lower than they deserve. Also I understand that they have a lot going on and some people just suck to deal with. With that in mind, this location has given me multiple incidents or poor behavior. This current trip was at 11:45 pm on 9÷10÷2015. Now, I understand that they close at 12 I get this, but, I work late and do not get off until 11 and this location is close to my house. I pulled up to the drive-thru and am greeted accordingly. As I begin to give my order I can hear a male voice yelling in the background«no, no you can’t have it» and laughing every time I asked for something. It was hard to even hear the guy I was speaking with because of this person. On top of that, they were out of everything I wanted. Chicken, beef, beans and chulupas, I do get that it was the end of the night, but business’s have scheduled hours for a reason and as a food establishment you should be able to provide your«food» inside those hours. They were not polite(I get it last customers before you close) I’m sorry I was hungry I just got off work. I didn’t want to but, my stomach overruled my decision to just go home. I finally just told them never mind and left. This is just one of many occasions that they have not got my order correct or they were just completely incompetent.

I have to admit that Taco Bell is one of my guilty pleasures… But this particular location is one that I try to stay away from, which is sad because it’s the closest one to my house. I will say that I have had more terrible experiences here than I have good experiences, and really how hard can it be? Let’s start off with the fact that there is always something that they are out of for the night. Now I’m not talking at 1am after a huge rush of people going home from the bar, I’m talking at 9pm on a Friday or Saturday. And these are not ingredients a Taco Bell can survive without. When you are out of ground beef, chicken, beans, and cheese, you might as well shut the place down. My sister and I went 3 times and every time there was something they were out of. Second, the orders are normally wrong, and if they arnt consider yourself lucky. I once stopped on my way home and did not check the bag because honestly you shouldn’t have to. When I got home 15 minutes later I realized half the order was gone. I drove back up there and let them know this was the case they made me my «missing» items. By this time I had learned to check the bag after pulling forward, and immediately noticed that the order was still not completely there. I pulled back around and sat at the window(inside was closed) and finally, after 5 minutes, someone came to the window. I asked for a manager to personally make my last items as I figured they would at least try to make it correctly. Which brings me to my last point. The staff is rude and incompetent. The manager that I spoke to just asked«Well what do you want me to do about it?» I wanted to try and be nice because everyone knows a horror story of someone spitting in food, but at this point I was just irritated. I told him that honestly I just want what I payed $ 20 for so my family could eat dinner. He gave me the rest of my food and lucky for me, provided me a lovely little flier for a «free» breakfast item. After reading the flier I realize it’s just a normal event they were doing to promote the items and that was for everyone. Gee thanks sir. So it’s safe to say I will stay away as best as possible until corporate takes action… Which I seriously doubt they will since everyone in my family has called multiple times to complain and it still remains just as terrible.

I typically do not walk in and eat at Taco Bell. I usually go through the drive thru. Today I decided to walk in and I’m glad I did. We were greeted by Bryanne. she was so sweet and welcoming. Thumbs up to her! She definitely made my bad day amazing.

I wish I could give this location less than a one star. It’s the closest location to me so I usually go to it more than often. When I order my food not only does it take forever but most of the toppings are missing. Last time i ordered a cheesy Frito burrito and the only thing that was in it was a tortila, cheese sauce and rice. No meat or fritos. Fuck this taco bell and all the dumbass who work there. Good luck at being successful human beings in life when you forget the Fritos in a friros burrito.

We live closest to this location but they repeatedly do not give you all of your order and we don’t find out until we get home. I called this time because they actually only gave us one of our two nacho bell grandes(how can you miss that?). We even asked«is that it?» and she said«yes» quickly but as to get rid of us asap and move on. Even the nacho dorito taco requested was the fire one instead. Last time. a burrito supreme. I spoke to Leslie the manager(we think it was her at the window) and she said she put me down on the list to receive a bell grande and a burrito supreme and something else at no charge for our repeated inconvenience. I then asked her if she’d like my actual ‘name’ to put on the list so I can actually ‘be on it’. Ridiculous. I’ll be going out of my way to Parmer or Lake Creek from now on if I even decide on Taco Bell anymore. Not going to worry about going back to get these things. Fix this about this location please!

I went here at about 10pm on Friday night and after placing our order they notified us that they were out of beans. Seriously, more than 80% of their menu requires beans! Needless to say we cancelled our order and needed to find some other options in the food desert that is Lakeway after 9pm.

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. I was a tried and true Taco Bell lover in college, and since becoming pregnant have been CRAVING a crunch wrap. All the ingredients were in a small clump on ONESIDE so my pregnancy dreams of the«meat» covered in «cheese» were dashed as I bit into a taco she’ll wrapped in a tortilla. What. The. Hell. I will NEVEREVEREVER go here again. Complete waste of time. I’m actually going to call Taco Bell corporate and ask for an investigation to the fraud.

Piece of advice, don’t waist your or money at this location. Food is half done and the service is really slow — 28 minutes from order to receiving food. We ate and was on the way out of the restaurant when the guys behind us had finally got their food — 6 regular tacos smh

Out of taco meet at 8:30 on a Saturday night. It’s not like they were busy. No customers were in the restaurant when we came in. We stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before someone came out from the office area. There wasn’t even anyone in the food prep area. The only reason why they got 2 starts was because the manager came up and corrected the clerk before we paid.

Taco Bell food is the same everywhere; so you always know what you’re getting. …or do you? At least not at the drive-through window at this location! Several times my drive through order was incorrect. It wasn’t like we got someone else’s order. No — they generally got it close but not entirely correct. Usually a missing or wrong item; but, hey, we once got a bonus burrito. I don’t know why I keep going back there. I guess I’m an optimist. …or a gambler

— Gluten Free Menu: Yes — On-line — Size of G Free Menu: limited but at least they are aware — Waiter Aware of the Gluten Free Menu/Options: I wouldn’t bet on it. So come prepared. — Food: It is Taco Bell. What do you expect. But it is good to see they are thinking about people with food allergens, sensitivities, and intolerances. So they get an extra star in my book. They have the following suggestion Suggestions for Wheat and Gluten Sensitive Individuals — Tostada — Chicken Fiesta Taco Salad(order without the shell and without the Red Strips) — Chicken Express Taco Salad(order Chicken instead of Beef) — Zesty Chicken Border Bow®l(order without the Zesty Dressing and without the Red Strips) — Southwest Steak Bowl(order without the Creamy Jalapeño Sauce) I am not sure why they say to order without the Creamy Jalapeño Sauce. According to their ingredient statement it should be OK to eat. — Other: Stay away from the Fire Hot Sauce, the normal Mild & Hot Sauce is OK There is a posting of their ingredients
