Truly one of the cleanest Starbucks that I’ve been to. Not only is the staff extremely friendly but also they are super quick.

It is good, but the traffic pattern is a bit scary. It can get very busy due to its location. The people have always been nice to me, kept it clean, etc. I prefer the one on 290 as it is a bit more peaceful, but the coffee is just as good.

I may be the duke of a couple of other Starbucks around town, but it doesn’t mean I can’t scout out other locations to add to my kingdom. This S-Bizzle is huge! There’s plenty of seating for doing homework, reading a book, or short story writing. If you’re in a hurry, there’s plenty of parking in the area and it’s easy to get back into William Cannon. Just use the mobile app to order. You’ll skip the line and be right back to business.

I don’t get it: I come here everyday, I order the same thing, I give them the same name but they act like I’m a complete stranger every time. Listen, I’m not asking for a back rub or a hug everyday but i would like to be treated like I Am part of the reason they hit their sales goals. This might be a small complaint but honestly, Of all the other cities/neighborhoods I have lived in, my neighborhood Starbucks knew me and acted like they liked me. Heck – sometimes they didn’t make me pay that extra 50 cents for soy! These guys can’t even crack a smile. And, there isn’t a drive thru. I’m walking my too-lazy-to-make-coffee-ass in every morning to get sneered and blankly stared at. Well– no more, I tell you! I have gone to the store and purchased coffee beans and apologized to my long ignored coffee maker. Starbucks on William Cannon and Mopac – you can suck it! If I have to pay someone to make my brew it’s going to be the Starbucks on 290. They have a drive thru and they pretend to legitimately like me. Ps; I realize this review will not match everyone’s experience. They are oddly super nice to an old man that comes in at the same time I do every morning.

Hours say it’s open till 10 but they close around 9, kinda inconvenient to have the wrong hours posted.

My usual and daily morning stop before heading to work. Roni, Shawn, Katie, Courtney, Faryal, Caleb, Scott, Emily; all of them are very nice and very friendly towards customers. They know their customers’ names really well. Best part! They know my drinks without having me to really say it. «Keep up the smile and it will serve you well under pressure».(LTSG) Great job guys!

Well, over 1,000 visits later and this has become my morning family. The staff is always friendly and efficient and knows me by name and my drink by heart. They even did a special«Darla Day» on my 1,000 Unilocal check in complete with paper crown and sash ;) The espresso is consistently good. I love the revamped loyalty program. Register your Starbucks card and get a free drink or food item(event the salads and sandwiches) after every 12 transactions. Since this is a café store, it always seems to be packed with co-working and students. That can make the parking a little nuts some days. All and all, it is a great daily stop to get a good cup of coffee, friendly conversation and a smile… which is how everyone should start their day!

It’s quite obvious the review prior to mine has«thin skin»(grow up Dood your mom isn’t here to bitch out everyone ’cause they don’t like you)! Everyone here is super kewl and it tends to be filled with non complainers. This location has a Google wireless connection, which tends to be beyond above speeds. Pulling 6.0DL0.78UP not bad considering that this place is packed to the gills. Ignore«butthead’s» previous review and check this location out!

I love this location for the simple fact that the majority of the staff actually care enough to get to know you. I frequent this location because of is proximity to work, even though it’s not necessarily the most convenient. The service is great and they are more than happy to be there even when they are short-staffed. If only they had a drive through!!!

I sure do love this Starbucks location. I’ve been going here for years for a quick coffee run or a couple hour long study session. It has a huge sitting area and tons of big tables that are perfect for studying and getting work done. The baristas are always super friendly and outgoing(even in the AM!). When I’m in this area of town this is definitely my go to Starbucks!

Today I had a server comment on the drink I ordered, «disgusting,» and proceeded to stick her fingers in my drink as she mixed. I’ve never had such a horrible & dissatisfying trip to Starbucks!

This Starbucks is conveniently located between the gym and the office. Seems like I always run into someone I know at this location!

Starbucks will never win an award for best coffee but it is convenient as there’s a location in every small town in America it seems. I didn’t have any cash and got a Café Americano for $ 2.25 on a credit card. It’s the most patriotic thing I’ve done in some time. I like that i can get wifi while I’m waiting to go work on a client.

Disclaimer: I am not, nor have I ever been, a coffee drinker. I can speak only for the customer service at this location. Now, on the the flogging! My sister was visiting from out of town and was having some sort of severe caffeine withdrawal. We headed over to Starbucks, and she ordered some sort of Ventischmenti Chocomoco Iced Whipped Somethingdedomething with Extra Caramel. She paid, picked up her drink, tasted it, and realized there wasn’t much caramel in it, so she asked for more. The barista glared at her, ignored her request, and went back to making a Venti Mocashmoca Blended Thing for another customer. She waited another couple minutes and said«Um, can I just grab the caramel and put in an extra squirt myself?». Another glare from the barista, but this time he headed over to where she was standing at the counter. He took her drink, and started squirting in the caramel. After a minute my sister said«Okay, thanks! That’s enough». Another glare from the barista, and he squeezed the caramel bottle harder. «Um, okay, that’s really enough!» The unrelenting stream of caramel continued, and was accompanied by another barista glare. «No, seriously, that’s enough.» He finally stopped, but there was literally 1.5″+ of caramel on the bottom. She considered asking for a refund, but was afraid that the manager would posses the same customer service«skills» as the barista. She took three sips and chucked the drink.
