Starbucks

Usually service at this location is fabulous and makes up for the difficult access at the Y. Today, the store manager was utterly rude and intolerable. When asked why my mother’s drink was more than it had been over the last year she replied with empty concern and short answers. Her employee tried to keep the situation calm and offered to remove the charge up but the manager butted in and told him not to. She relied that it is the way it is and always has been.
I called back and tried to talk to her about her rude attitude and to get a better explanation as to why my mom paid more and she simply said that if we had a receipt we could bring it in but chance are we were mistaken on what we had been charged for the last year or more.

Great Starbucks atmosphere. Good for reading, chatting or someplace to get away for a nice afternoon coffee.
