I love customer service here, or at any starbucks really. I was in a rough patch in my life where I had no internet, this place has free wifi and the people here don’t seem to care how long I stay. I spent lots of my time here applying for jobs on my laptop and now I have one! I am grateful for all the hours that I used letting me suck up their wifi, and for that I can give 5 stars! Starbucks might have expensive coffee but it tastes amazing and they always listen to their customers! It’s a company I will always support.

i’ll be honest, i don’t know her at all… but i do love Laura. she is absolutely beautiful, and definitely my favorite! my other favorite is Beverly… always so uplifting and positive! Beverly also introduced me to the coffee frappuccino with toffee nut syrup which has become my favorite starbucks drink. i usually hate starbucks, but this one is special… especially because of Laura :)

I don’t frequent Starbucks but this location is very conveniently located to complete work on my break when I’m not hungry. The baristas were very friendly. One barista even lowered the blinds for customers sitting close to the windows when the sun shifted. Another bonus is that it’s right beside Ya Ya Café my favorite lunch spot.

Starbucks, Starbucks everywhere! Apple iPhones don’t even care about your name-no autocorrect changes here!!! Truth be told a review for Starbucks is hard. The drinks sell themselves due to utter deliciousness, but it is nice to point out the other fantastic offerings they provide. It is a great place to grab your coffee in the mornings as well as your lunch and mid-afternoon snack. The turkey and Havarti sandwich is awesome! And don’t forget the bistro box, bistro box, bistro box! I really like the cheese & fruit box or the protein box. Great way to get you through the last part of the work day! Staff at this location is nice. A little slower than some other stores. Seating area is small so you may have a hard time finding a spot to post up and study.

This location is always fun and friendly! I like the staff here and they make your visit entertaining. I wish they had more patio space, but it would be difficult with the shopping center size.

The coffee here, as far as Starbucks goes, was really great. The folks working there were really nice, too. What wasn’t great was the cleanliness. The floors were absolutely filthy along with a really dirty men’s bathroom. I was a little shocked. I’ve never seen a Starbucks that was so dirty. I don’t know if it was an off day or what, but I won’t go back. I meant to grab the district manager’s business card but totally forgot.

The grilled cheese was a good as advertised, and the old fashion root beer is a great companion. Its nice to know that Starbucks is not just for coffee and baked goods. The parking was not great, but the service was fast and friendly.

I have mixed reviews about this Starbucks, depending on which baristas are working. I’ve had baristas who were lovely, quick, knowledgable, and who went out of their way to make sure customers were satisfied. On the other hand, I’ve had baristas who were slow, incompetent and/or didn’t make it a point to go above and beyond for the customer. Maybe I’m being too critical because I used to be a barista. Overall, it’s a pretty good Starbucks.

Thank goodness for this Starbucks! It’s right next to my parking garage, so I can swing through on my way to my office. I’ve been here just about every workday this year. EVERY barista here is so friendly and helpful. They know my name and my order, so it makes each visit cheerful and efficient. It’s a great way to start the morning. The great thing about this Starbucks is that they participate in all of the Starbucks promotions. The Starbucks across the street in the Union does not. It’s worth it to cross the street to get the use coupons and other offers.

This Starbucks location is nice and very comfortable place. They have nice décor and a lot of space to study, hang around or just chill. They have good customer service too and nice employees. The only I don’t like is sometimes the employees gets too carried away during busy hours and they can’t keep up with the names on the orders. They can mixed up your order so watch out.

One rainy night I decided to visit this Starbucks for a nice vanilla latte. It was quieter than most Starbucks I’ve been too and sitting by the glass windows with the light rain made the experience blissful. I just wished they would stay open later into the night!

When I need to get stuff done, this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Austin. I’m a gold card member, which is why I frequent Starbucks many times, but I have to say, this is one of my favorite locations. : ATMOSPHERE : It’s relatively low key in terms of the noise. The coffee-making probably most contributes to the noise. They have about 10 tables here and I’ve always been able to find a spot when I stop by here during the day. Inside, it gets pretty cold if you’re wearing shorts and short-sleeve, so I would bring a jacket if you’re gonna be in there for awhile. They have several outlets along the wall to plug your laptop in. And of course, free wifi! There’s a lot of outdoor seating with small tables and large umbrellas, so you can enjoy a nice day outside. The only thing is, you’re sitting right next to noisy Guadalupe, so it’s not really the most relaxing spot. But, there is a small parking lot right next to it, and that’s definitely a plus! I will always find a spot to park here. : SERVICE : So far, the baristas are really nice, they are great at preparing the drinks. : FOOD/DRINKS : I’m not gonna say much about this… It’s just Starbucks, and they pretty much taste about the same everywhere, for better or for worse.

Met a client here today. Great location and everything you’d expect in a Starbucks. I had a large unsweetened iced tea. Great as usual. But the outdoor patio on afternoon shady side(east side) adjacent to Guadalupe to extremely loud. I regularly meet clients at various Starbucks around Austin but this one was very difficult to have a conversation at with the ambulance, firetrucks, sirens, and just generally extremely loud road noise constantly interrupting conversation. Would be a good spot to build a sound wall and enclose in a nice garden-like setting. The decibel level is just extremely high outside, so don’t stop hear if you want to chat outside over drinks. Otherwise, it’s a 5-star place, but I have to subtract for it not being a viable meeting/conversation spot outdoors.

Surprised I haven’t Unilocaled about this Starbucks yet. Often come here. It’s a great back up starbucks to come to besides the one on campus. There is always seating whenever I come in, it’s bigger than the ones near/on campus. I have never seen this one super busy. It’s a good Starbucks to come to… They have regular and steady hours and won’t change them because of Spring Break or any break from school. that is why I gave this place five stars. Got a latte and it was made quickly and nicely. Foam was pretty good(could have been a little less big bubbles) but it was still good. Helpful hint: you get more foam when you order a cup for ‘here’ plus it tastes better. Love Starbucks just wish they weren’t so expensive.

The teenager received a $ 5 gift card to Starbucks. She wanted to try coffee, so off we went to this location since it’s close by. It wasn’t too busy which turned out to be a good thing as the barista could spend some time explaining the various coffees to my daughter. Still she remained undecided for a good while, to the point where I was tempted to blurt out«Pick something! They’re all good!» The barista — such a patient soul — remained friendly and helpful, even tried to describe the drinks in more detail. It quite impressed me. So teenager got her beverage of choice, plus a pastry. And thanks to great customer service, a nice little intro to the world of specialty coffees.

The coffee, pastries and other drinks at this Starbucks are exactly the same as every other Starbucks. I have to admit I love them. However, I do not love most of the workers here. Many of them act as though I don’t exist when I go in there. I wish they would at least be polite to me, I’m lucky if I get a thank you, most won’t even make eye contact. I guess they think they’re special because they work at Starbucks. I used to work at Starbucks as a barista, shift supervisor and in the corporate offices for over seven years; it doesn’t make you that special! For the record one barista was very nice to me one time. That’s one barista and I go there all the time(because it is convenient and like I said I love the coffee). If you’re looking for good coffee this place is fine, if you’re looking for a good chat or a friendly atmosphere I’d pick another coffee shop.
