I put off estate planning as long as I could, but if I had known how smooth it would be working with Melissa I would have done it so much sooner. She made the process very easy, communicates well and takes the process seriously but makes the whole process comfortable and informative. We even took part in the in-​home signing ceremony that she offers which made it super easy on us since we have small children. I’d highly recommend her services.

Melissa is such a breath of fresh air! I set up an appointment with her to discuss the pros and cons of transitioning my business from a simple DBA to a LLC and I could not have been more impressed with her approach. First, she really took the time to understand my business and what my goals were for the future. She then thoughtfully shared what the tax and legal benefits were of setting up an LLC. Instead of just signing me up as a client on the spot she gave me a list of questions to consult my bookkeeper with before making a decision. Signing was easy and online review through her portal made it secure and simpler than sitting in the office regularly to go through everything.
