Usually experience good customer service here, but man this morning was a train wreck. I came inside to order 11 coffees for my staff, and proceeded to wait in the store 45 minutes to get everything. I watched the busy restaurant full of customers come and go while I waited. So 20 minutes in, I asked if my order was in the queue. They unapologetically said no and said they would check into it. another 20 minutes goes by as I’m watching customers come and go. I know it’s busy, but come on. I didn’t order 30 coffees. But if I did, I’d still expect some acknowledgement. Meanwhile, the sandwiches I ordered got cold, and then they weren’t labeling the coffees. I had to keep asking the guy to do it. When I finally got back to my office, I found 2 coffees to be missing to boot. Really lame on all levels. I called the manager, and while he seemed to listen, he didn’t offer to make it right, or at the very least replace missing coffees. I suppose if I’m Starbucks, I don’t care too much about these things because, well, I’m Starbucks. It’s stuff like this that make me want to seek out the smaller outfits, who appreciate the business.

The employees at this Starbucks are always so nice and cheery in the morning! The drive through is a bit slow sometimes, but that’s ok. I don’t mind the few minute wait for my morning cup of Joe!

New location. Nice to have a drive through this far south.
