I have only been to this shop once and have an appointment coming up next week. I have to give Brandi four stars. I have staight, fine hair and she worked a miracle at my last appointment. She is very flexible and that is a quality very hard to find. I appreciate that very much.

Discovered Morgana years ago, in college. Every single one of my friends now go to her for regular cuts and special event styling. She’s so friendly and fun, and also extremely talented and professional. I’ve had the very best cuts, colors (including bright purple!), blow-​outs, and hair advice from Morgana. I hate to reveal this secret gem of a salon, but I had to give her five stars!

This is a great place with really reasonable prices. Brandi is awesome. She does a great job on my hair every time and is a great sounding board for my various personal problems. Kind of like almost-​free therapy. She’s super flexible and can cut anybody’s hair, maie or female, old or young, trendy or traditional.

After getting haircuts that made my hair look like a helmet, my brother-​in-​law recommended Brandi to me a few years back, and she’s been awesome. Every haircut has consistently come out great, and I couldn’t be happier.
The service is fantastic, and the rest of the crew is friendly. Even when I briefly lived in the DFW area and was in town for the weekend, Brandi wouldn’t hesitate to fit me into her schedule.
I’m slightly embarrassed to say that I have go to a «hair stylist,» but it’s worth every penny. No more helmet hair!

My hair is really thick and curly, and if I cut it short enough could probably be an awesome girl-​fro. Since my hair can be pretty unmanageable, I’ve suffered from a good amount of bad hair cuts. That has changed since I’ve started going to Brandi at Style. She is always is very helpful at offering realistic suggestions on length and layering options to thin out the fro’.
This place is far from the trendy salons down the road with modern furniture and hair stylists who look like they might still be in high school. These ladies know what they are doing, and only charge around $ 20 a hair cut.

I’m not a girly girl. I don’t pay too much attention grooming and I like being outside too much to put a whole lot of effort into it.
Style Hair Salon, located just north of Mary St. on Lamar in an ugly building — this is the only time I’ve ever been asked at least once a week — «who does your hair? i love it.»
I always tell them — «Lisa Small, Style Salon»
I’m not girly, but I’ll admit I like having a slamming hair cut that looks good and doesn’t take a lot of time to get that way.
A cut is around $ 20 – 25.
I got highlights and it was $ 60 or 80. Can’t remember.
From what I hear, though — that’s pretty good. Either way, it’s a good, solid place to go, whomever you get to cut your hair.

I really don’t want to tell you guys about this place, simply because it is so awesome. I’m not going to tell you how stinking awesomely inexpensive it is, b/​c then I won’t be able to get an appointment for a full highlight ever again. Just trust me when I say Morgana Morgan is a stylist in the know, and her prices can’t be beat. I have blonde hair and usually dread the bill everytime I start to leave the salon.. .not anymore! And she does such a great job. Tell her Allison sent you!
