When you asked for a sandwich I assume they know how to make them not the case at this location.

Came at this place at 8:45pm and they were closed! Even though the online and the subway app says they are open until 11pm on Mondays. This was very frustrating after just coming from the Southwest Parkway location who only had honey wheat bread left an hour and half before closing.

Hey it’s a Subway. nothing more, nothing less . No one expect this to be the best sandwich shop in Austin. And yet, as far as lunch options go, it’s pretty good. A good quality sandwich, made your way, in 10 minutes, for under $ 10 bucks.

Wow. So im currently sitting at this location trying to figure out how to eat this thrown together uncut 12 inch poor excuse for a sandwich. I usually would not be too upset as Im well aware of the low bar set by Subway. But on this particular occasion not only was the sandwich put together with an almost comical lack of pride or care the«artist» was just as obviously upset by me interrupting there«clash of clans» battle. Really dont want to spend too much time on a review or at this establishment.

They offer a buffalo chicken sandwich, but not buffalo sauce… Maybe I’m just not impressed by subways in general, but I do not think I will be coming back here. Go to HEB and buy deli meat and make your own sandwich. It will be cheaper and of better quality.

I don’t understand what the fuss is all about. Its a subway. They people are good, the food is good. The spinach was fresh, they had avocado. Thats a big plus from my side at least. Its always consistent. I’ve been here a couple of times as its close to work and the gym. They didn’t shrug or cringe, like other subways I’ve been to, when I asked them to pack my foot long as 2 separate 6 inches as I like to eat them a few hours apart.

Went in at 3 pm today. The one sandwich ‘artist’ was too busy readying another piece of work. He went in to call his brother-in-arm, but no luck there. Finally he relented and made the two sandwiches for my boys. The real surprise was at the end when he collected the money. No amount was rung up and no receipt was given. It dawned upon me only afterwards that this could have been brazen stealing. Hoping that the store owner gets to read this.

Let me start by saying Subway is what it is. The quality usually doesn’t vary much from store to store. My rating is based solely upon this individual store’s business practices. I have visited this store three times recently. Once was fine. The second was around 2 in the afternoon. They had no bread except for the italian bread. They provided no excuse and had no option other than to wait 30 minutes for more bread to be baked. The third time, I was the only person in line. An employee quickly took my order and started on the sandwich. She then passed it down to the vegetable area. The woman at the register refused to move. The woman who first helped moved on to the next person who had just arrived. For two minutes it was this way, with a third person coming in to wash her hands and then leave again. It was very frustrating. Eventually cash register girl decided to get off her ass and help. Both times I sent e-mail to the owner per their multiple signs requesting feedback, and both times the owner has not responded. Due to these failures of management, I will take my occasional Subway business to another location.

Soggy bread, limp lettuce, gloppy tomatoes, oddly slick meat. Why does this exist? Disclaimer: I have always hated Subway.

This is my favorite Subway store because of two reasons: the generous sandwich toppings and the friendly staff! Unlike the other Subway chains I’ve visited, the employees here consistently make sandwiches with more than just a few leaves of lettuce and some scant pieces of peppers. Every ingredient is given generously and spread evenly across the entire sub, actions you’d think should be obvious protocol for all sandwich shops. Oh yeah, and their ingredients are actually all fresh! On top of that, I’ve always been greeted and served with a sincerity that is usually atypical of fast-food joints(if you consider Subway«fast food»). Although I’ve only visited a few times, the friendliness of the employees make me feel like I’m already a regular! With their great service and fresh subs, I’m sure to become one!
