Terrible! This guy in here is terrible! No shredded cheese’s??? First one I’ve ever been to that didn’t have this. I’ve been here once before now I remember why this is only my second time.

Horrible service! At this location there is a man that works there that is very rude. We went there and while I was deciding with my dad what to get, he kept getting impatient and interrupting me. There wasn’t even a line behind me! So rude. Please don’t waste your time coming here. You won’t have a very good experience.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I have been here 3 times for lunch, and they were out of several things even at 11:30 a.m. Poorly managed inventory, to say the least. The employees are barely civil at the best of times. I won’t be going back — the Subway on Jester is on my way home, and gets at least 3 more stars than this one!

The night employee is consistently rude and does not seem to want to help you. He snaps at you while trying to decide on your toppings. The bread was stale and the vegetables did not seem fresh. The chairs were placed upside down on the tables 2 hours prior to closing. He obviously does not want customers in there. How does the owner put up with this? The Unilocal reviews on this business are out right embarrassing. To the owner: People aren’t picking on your business. Other subways in the area have 4 – 5 stars. Corporate needs to step in and close this one down or force the franchisee out to put new owners in.

Food ok but setup and management is horrible. Elements are often missing like meat toppings bread select soft drinks sounds like its been a problem for years. Add to that they charge more than other nearby subways who run a better ship!

I’ve been going in for buffalo chicken sandwiches quite frequently lately. It’s consistent. The main variable is how fresh and soft the bread is. The service here is efficient.

This location should have their franchise yanked! The owner should be required to send Subway Headquarters a huge check for providing such a poor representation of their product and brand… shameful! The bread was so hard it tore up the roof of my mouth. What vegetables they had left at 6:45pm looked slimy and tired along with the one staff person who was rude and non-engaging. They were out of tea and he told me to drink something else. I live in the neighborhood and this was the 3rd chance thinking surely it would not be as bad as before… no luck with that theory. I will NEVER go back.

I just came from this Subway. It was 6:30 pm. They had almost no vegetables– no onions, no cucumbers, no olives, almost out of lettuce, etc. Most of the fountain drinks were out of order. they were labeled out o order, so they’ve clearly known for a while. working. The man at the counter was rude with apparently no supervision. A woman came out, who i presumed to be the manager. I hope she wasn’t because she just grabbed some items under the counter and did nothing to try and assist me or any other customers. I am shocked. I was at Subway. i wasn’t expecting stellar service or food, but I did expect to be able to get a sandwich with something on it and not be treated rudely. Even though this is the closest Subway to my house, I’ll be going elsewhere.

This location seems to be a rogue outlet of the main Subway franchise. They don’t honor Subway gift cards, and they don’t ever seem to have all the bread choices you find in most Subways, even though they display them all on a placard at the start of the serving line. They also are always low on their food inventory. I went in this afternoon about 1:30 p.m. and all they had was white bread. To make matters worse, they completely ran out of that by the time I had moved up in the line to the counter. I was told it would be 10 minutes before they had any more bread, and my choice would be white or white. While I was waiting in line I also noticed they were completely out of all cheeses except American. The last 2 times I’ve been in this location they’ve been out of PepperJack. They also have unattentive servers. It’s not unusual for me to place an order for a 6″ club, then, after the server has cut the bread, they ask me what kind of meat I want! This does not just apply to the club — I’ve heard the same question asked of someone who ordered a BLT! There’s several other Subways nearby — I suggest you skip this low-rate location.
