**** HORRIBLE **** Here in Austin. Poor reception (Some areas no coverage), high amount of dropped calls and call failures. 911 Connection issues. Worked with many engineers without resolution before switched to another GSM Carrier (The Insect)

OnJuly 26, 2014 my iPhone died and I decided to buy something new. My husband and I walked into this location and received service from a fellow, I can’t remember his name, not important maybe Eric. I was looking at the Samsung Galaxy 4 or 5 and he told me the 4 had just went on sale that day and came with a free case, screen protectors and car charger «bundle» so I went with it. Fast forward one month later going to pay my bill and notice I am being charged for all accessories… now you know you never buy anything from the phone place you just get it on Amazon; however now I am paying monthly for screen protectors ect. So I call t-​mobile and after being on the phone for 15 minutes they tell me I have to go to the store that ripped me off and have them remove the charges. This is ridiculous. What a scam. I hate you t-​mobile…
