In November, I received an $ 800 phone bill(my bill is usually $ 100/month) and went to this Sprint location to try to get some answers. Finally realizing that my account had been hacked and these were fraudulent charges, the manager of this store was not only not helpful but rude and condescending. He handed me a phone to call the fraud department and told me «Sweetheart, this isn’t going to be a 15 minute fix.» He asked me «Are you sure you didn’t forget that you added another line to your account?» Are you kidding? I’m sure. And I didn’t rack up $ 800 in charges that my dizzy little girl brain just forgot about. After 2 months of trying to get my money back and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by over 30 different incompetent Sprint employees, I’ve left Sprint. I can’t blame this one store for all of my Sprint problems but when a manager talks to you like we’re still in the 1950’s, well dollface, that’s just downright unprofessional.

Sprint is the best! Went in wanting to get a hotspot 3G/4G he was awesome right away he made me feel welcome he showed me all of the different items available he was not pushy he was sweet kind and very helpful, with his help I was able to get the bet device with his advice and knowledge please go in there should you need anything tell him why and what you need and he will produce and not the most expensive so I left a jape customer
