Store was busy even on a Thursday, but the wait wasn’t unbearable. Didn’t seem like they had a lot of phones to chose from in the store, but that could just be because the layout was weird. All the employees were very, very nice. I got a new phone, it was in stock in the color I wanted too. I worked with Chris, the sales rep, who was extremely knowledgeable, very patient with me as he explained the device, very professional, and he even helped me set up the phone. Really top notch service and attention from the staff there. I highly recommend this store — ask for Chris to help you. HOWEVER…
One down side is that the guys in the store had NO idea how to process a rebate. luckily, I called tmobile and asked about it and they told me the website to go to, but if I had waited one more day to call tmobile to ask where to check my rebate, it would have been too late. Just beware of the employee’s limitations. They were so confident that the rebate would be automatic, which was definitely not the case. I would have been extremely angry if I went through the whole process at the tmobile store only to find out they never processed the rebate correctly (which would have happened if I didn’t take matters into my own hands).
