Bright Horizons Family Solutions

I absolutely LOVE this center! I had the opportunity to meet the former director and she was always so nice to us, I was in their waitlist for a few months and she always tried to help me offering spaces at other brigh horizons facilities, the one that really stood out was this one! Very clean environment, very small place, the ratios are just perfect for the children and teachers and they make you feel like family! My son is a native spanish speaker and they always found a way to communicate with him at the beggining (teaching sign language to him and using their spanish) We’ve been through 3 different groups! The toddlers, the 2s and right now he’s in the preschool group, The assistant director Jamie is sooo nice, I love her! And miss Elize is the kids’ favorite teacher! She knows what she’s doing, kids respect her and love her at the same time! I’ve had no issues here, ok he fell once and they called me, but my son falls all the time and it’s never a big deal!
Sooo… YEAH, I do not write a lot of reviews but I know what it is for someone to find a descent daycare, this is the place you are looking for!

When it came time for me to go back to work and my daughter to go into child care, I visited several day cares (store front as well as in-​home), and I became instantly discouraged. Most places had little or no structure that I could see, children were staring at TV’s while eating, and the smell of dirty diapers made me wonder if going back to work was the right idea. Once I visited Bright Horizons, my faith in child care was restored. The location is secure, the director and teachers are dedicated, friendly and professional, and their focus of structured play and learning is unmatched. Almost every day, my daughter is enjoying herself so much that I have to convince her it is time to leave. She has been there for three years and our newborn son is now in the infant room. You really won’t find better child care in Austin.

We have two children at this location, and they both get tailored attention that helps them grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and safe, and they work with parents to help you reinforce positive behaviors for your child. They also provide an in detail analysis of what your child does well and needs help with so taht you can be active in helping to reinforce the activities that they are working with your child on.
