Around 11pm, the drive-thru took 18 mins and everything I ordered was freezing cold. I also realized a couple miles down the road that I was given the wrong order, but I wasn’t about to turn around and sit in line another 20 minutes for that.

I arrived at 10:54 and attempted to place an order for breakfast through the drive-thru. I was rudely told that Taco Bell is no longer serving breakfast right now and my response was asking her what time it was. She told me the time which was 10:55 and I then told her that the menu indicates you stop serving breakfast at 11. I was then literally told, sorry sir«WERANOUTOFBREAKFAST» are you kidding me? Highly disappointed, I took a minute to look at the menu to see what other options I had and was rudely asked«Are you going to order or not»(The nerve of this young girl!) The name on the receipt says: Isaac B but I know that’s not who took my order it was a woman who acted like a child so please don’t penalize this Isaac employee. I said oh well and ordered 2 items. 1st item: Shredded Chicken Burrito — It tasted great no complaint there except the fact that when I unwrapped«said burrito» it was actually a shredded chicken taco. It was a small portion size and there was hardly any chicken. I felt like I was penalized for causing some sort of an inconvenience to this employee who clearly did not want to be there on a Sunday morning. It’s not her chicken she has having to fork out. 2nd Item: Enchurrito. Once again it tasted great but you need to make sure your employees are cautious because they did not seal the lid. By the time I got to work, quite a bit of it had spilled out and here’s the best part, no utensil was provided to eat the saucy but delicious enchurrito! I work construction and literally had to eat it with my hands, thank god they didn’t forget napkins. Train your staff properly. Excuse my Mexican but this taco bell is «s-h-i-t» in my book now and am not returning to this location ever. The reason I say this is because the last time I came here, I had a different experience but it was also not a good one! *Please educate that little girl of an employee, that she is an extension of your brand and she has just lost a valued customer who was spent hundreds at your franchise. I literally almost got out of the car just to walk inside to get her name but I decided it wasn’t worth my time. Go next door to Mickey D’s, they’re nice there.

It’s a regular Taco Bell. When I went in it was deserted since it was an off-time. But as I waited for my food, some guy came in and was clearly so thankful to the staff for having found his lost cell phone or something. So I guess the staff is kind and thoughtful.

Rude service at the drive thru. The shredded chicken burrito taste awful(like chicken gone bad, awful) and they are our of their signature drink Baja blast which is a customer favorite! Too bad there isn’t another location closer. Funny how they are holding interviews for positions as I guess most of the good staff left and I would want to work here neither if was the last place on earth!

Several years ago I stopped my 3 days a week Taco Bell habit. I explained to my co-workers and family that the meat(beef) tasted different. I didn’t like the texture nor the flavor. Well, now we all know why? Yesterday, for the first time in months, I stopped in there in a hurry to order a bean burrito. OMG. I waited in line 10 minutes to order and another 18 minutes to pick up my order. They spent much of their time refunding folks their money. It’s called fast food for a reason — bring in some staff at lunch time. Tables and floor filthy.
