Taco Bell

Stopped here for a quick dinner on the way home from work. It was late and had to grab the kids a burrito and a taco, not the healthiest, I know. Got home and the adults food was in the bag but the kids wasn’t. This being one of the few times I didn’t check before driving off, I was greatly disappointed. The icing on the cake was that I called the number for 20 minutes and no one answered. I called a sister store down the street just to see if it was a line issue but they answered promptly. They advised me to call again. Someone finally answered and when I started my complaint, they hung up on me. It’s not about the money, but the customer service. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Disappointed… I knew that the cantina burrito had more stuff in it and is the second time in this store that they gave me nothing but lettuce and stake… And the customer service was very poor cashier on drive thru was on the phone all the time

This location was very clean including the restrooms. Employees were friendly and professional. The order was correct and they had a large variety of beverages. The sauce/​condiment station was well kept and stocked. The food was hot and tasty. Thanks again!

Employees kids running around everywhere then to see 7 kids drinking the thing I wanted in a water cup but was told they were out of it. That’s just bad customer service. Ways I would improve the place
1 don’t allow outside food or drinks.
2 don’t allow employees to let there kids run around
3 train employees
4 train employees
5 it’s not a playground so don’t let un accompany children hang out we are in Texas there is a law against it
6 tell the manager to stop butt scratching and start wiping down dirty table

Don’t try to modify anything on the menu. They don’t listen. It will come out how they want it to. It is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I came here one hour before they closed and they said they only had beef and beans. How does a fast food place only have 2 items? Every time I come here I’m unhappy. I’m not coming here anymore.

Spicy chicken cooler ranch loco doritos tacos. What a mouthful. The food is heavily processed, over seasoned, fatty, and full of preservatives. But I like it. #DontjudgemeMonkey. I tend to go for Happier Hour, alcohol free is hardly happier, but I’ll let it slide. I like to keep my digestive system on it’s toes by visiting this establishment often. The breakfast commercials are funny and the waffle tacos are laughable as well. Yeck!
I tend to stick to items that taste better with generous hot sauce. Loaded Grillers. I do like the steak burritos, the steak has real steak qualities. Try the steak cantina burrito. Al Fresco is possibly the worst excuse for a healthy option. I don’t even understand it.
Nonetheless I will return.

This location needs to step up its game for sure! Taco Bell is just addicting to eat regardless if it all taste the same after a while. Its my guilty pleasure. I can eat it everyday for the rest of my life but this location is either a hit or miss.
If you have the ability to go through the drive through when its not busy, I recommend doing so. The drive through line can get extremely long and it takes a bit of time to get through it. The time it takes to get your food just takes forever and at times my items have been cold. My biggest complaint would be my food is usually ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ made wrong or is just not what I would assume be the Taco Bell standard. Any time I order a burrito, its usually wrong and my tacos are never filled with anything. The amount of meat is the usual but there usually is not much lettuce or cheese on it! Fill my taco up! Make it look like the commercials! If its going to take a while for me to get my food, it better be because your making my food perfect and look commercial approval.
Other than that, the staff themselves have always been nice. That part of the service is great. Even walking in to get my order, everyone has been attentive and willing to fix my order if it needs to be. The store has been clean and never felt like I was in a filthy resturant.

I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in quite some time. They had added a few new items, I was bored, so I gave them a shot.
Cantina burrito: swing and a miss.
Cool Ranch Taco: same thing. I don’t know why I even tried it, I don’t like Cool Ranch Dorritos either. Duh.

Sometimes my cheese levels run low and I have to make a run for the border. I’m not proud of this, but I’m only human.
