Ray repaired my daughter’s shattered iPhone 5S screen today. Charged me $ 99 and replaced it with the highest quality screen. I have read on other reviews about poor quality screens that shatter easily or get fuzzy. He took the time to tell me about why the part he used was superior and the better choice. It looks good as new and seems to be working just fine. I’ll update if that changes. Ray was very nice and it only took him about 30 minutes to make the repair. Call him first to make sure he has the part you need and there won’t be a delay in the repair. I would absolutely be a return customer but I hope my daughter just keeps her Otterbox on instead!

Love this business! The owner, Ray, saved my daughter’s iPhone after it had been submerged in water for an extended period of time. After the incident, I followed Internet advice and used rice to draw out moisture — this didn’t work. At all. Instead, I should have gone straight to Ray. He had specific instructions of «baking» the phone and then later did a deep «cleaning.» Today, the phone works perfectly. So glad I found this place and Ray.

Hands down the best cell phone repair store. My HTC one died overnight and stopped charging. The phone was practically unserviceable… no way to open and fix it. Ray tried his best when few other shops just refused to touch it. He fixed the port and made it charge again. I could recover all my data I thought I had lost forever!

Ray is amazing!!! My phone was shattered front to back. He had to take the entire thing apart and put it back together. Looks and feels better than original! So happy! Down to earth honest kinda guy! Thanks Ray!

Very knowledgeable and honest businessman. You will be glad you came here with phone issues. He often works on phone while I wait or has it ready when promised. Can fix even tricky, technical problems that others cannot. He also has a well-​priced solution or trade up for phones that cannot be fixed, even has phones that don’t require data plans.
You will have to look for him — located inside the car wash building. Definitely worth the trip to NW Austin to work with Ray — the best cell phone repair — and sales in town.
