TCBY

I used to LOVE TCBY when I was younger. They had the best sorbet (particularly the key-​lime and raspberry flavors). I was home visiting my folks and decided to stop by here since I love fro-​yo and hadn’t been to TCBY in years. This place is as good as I remember it, but it’s different now that it is self-​serve. I was surprised that the sample cups were right next to the larger cups. At other places that I have been to, you have to ask the employees for samples. I didn’t want to go overboard on the samples, but I definitely tried a few flavors before settling on Italian Tart. I wasn’t going to add any toppings to it since it was so good on it’s own, but I opted for the Heath toffee crumbles. Wow that was a great decision. I ate it up so fast and wanted another one, but refrained from doing so. I also noticed that they had some yogurts behind the counter as well. This places has a lot of flavor and topping options. The staff was super friendly so that was a plus. With this location being so close to my parents’ house, I may be stopping here more often whenever I go home to visit them.

So good! This place is so clean and the people that work there are so nice and helpful! They have so many toppings and they are all fresh and delicious. I think I just may make this my regular sweet tooth stop! Looooove it!

Great place… Though would do well to power wash the sidewalk in front… It’s getting a bit ugly from all the spills and such.

I won a TV from this TBCY! The store is always clean, the employees are very nice and friendly, and the flavors are delicious. Try Salted Caramel and Roasted Marshmallow, I insist. They are open very late for late night cravings too.

Heck yeah! My other yogurt place went out of business and so my family and I tried this one tonight. They have COCONUT milk and ALMOND milk yogurt! IM so excited by it. The toppings weren’t all that I would want, but for the average bear it’s great on that.
They were very busy tonight, and rightfully so. Oh it’s .49 a ounce and by weight. They do have regular icecream too, but I will be back to fill my points card and eat more!

YOGURT!!! I am very picky about sweets and not a big fan of sweets, in general! In other words, I try to find alternatives to satisfy my occasional sweet tooth. Thanks to TCBY! Loved the do-​it-​yourself service. Pick & choose the right yogurt for you, low-​fat or fat-​free and then add the endless toppings. It is cheap, refreshing and not too sweet, LOVED it!

One of my favorites. I especially like that they have solid frozen yogurt. Oh yumm. I will drive out of my way for it.

I don’t even like frozen yogurt, but this place is very well run. Great place, fun for everyone with a clean appearance and friendly staff. They charge by the ounce and have a great variety of different flavors and toppings. If you’re looking for an alternative to ice cream, TCBY is a great substitute.

$.44 per ounce! Try the new Toasted Marshmallow flavor! Super delicious!

Not my favorite, but the place is clean and the service was good. I just wasn’t very impressed with the yogurt or the toppings for some reason.
Lucky for them they’re in a place where there’s not a whole lot of froyo competition!
I also think I prefer the old TCBY set up… not sure I like it that they’re in on the whole yogurt-​in-​the-​wall movement.

O.M.G. FINALLY!!! A TCBY in South Austin. I seriously had the best memories in the TCBY up north. I always craved it and wished it was in a convenient location– I am a southside girl.
The best thing about this location? The self serve is so awesome!!! I love how they jumped on the newest trend and allow you to serve your own yogurts. My thighs aren’t as excited as my taste buds!!! :D My favorite flavor is white chocolate mousse, but I am also loving the cake batter.
They have a frequent customer card too which is always nice.
I can’t wait to buy the ice cream cakes and try all of the toppings…

Finally there is a tcby in South Austin !!!
The orange sorbet was heaven last night !!! The pumpkin yo is back on the block just in time for the holidays, too !!! POOF!

The set up of this one is different from that of MLK and I like it because half of it is self serve… hollaaaa!!!
They had mini turtles toooooo… need I say more?

Loved the store! It was very clean, there was a great selection and the staff was friendly! We will be back!
