Amazing ! So fast!
It was rather busy and I was nervous about how long it would take for me to get through the line, day before for Christmas Eve and all. I was so wrong! Only 10 minutes! Fantastic! Thank you :)
Oh and the police officer at the front door, incredibly kind.

Very impressed at how fast everything went. They are fast efficient and most of all they were friendly.

This office location is always the most helpful when you have simple or complicated issue to handle.
I would have to say that the most help I get from here is from Valerie. She always steers me (pun intended) in the right direction to get the needed forms for: registering a vehicle for a family member, how to make a proper sale of a vehicle, or even how to properly designate a vehicle as a «gift» to avoid the taxes that need to be paid. (yes, there is a LEGAL way to do that).
Overall, I appreciate the effort and convenience they provide here. I have never had to waiit longer than a few minutes. maybe because people never use this location? Well, the secret is out!

I am extremely impressed by this place. Most of the time, when you think of Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, you do not think «fast service», but this place proved me wrong. I walked in this afternoon (around 1pm), took my number (96) and sat down. They were on 89, so i knew it would be a little bit but wasn’t sure exactly how long. Less than 10 minutes later, my number was called. Hooray!
I explained to the gentleman that I needed a replacement title. I showed him my ID, gave him my VIN number for my car, along with $ 5.45 and within two minutes I was walking out of there with a copy of my title.
Such great & efficient service. I was so impressed, seriously!
I do wish however, that there was another location, down south. I work and live pretty far south, so the drive all the way north to Parmer is not fun, but such is life. They still get 5 stars from me!
Hopefully I don’t have to go back here for a long time, but I know if I need to, it will be quick and painless. Thank you Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

I needed to come here to replace a lost title for one of my vehicles. You take a number when you enter the office, and one of the ladies in the cubicles got up and called my number in 30 seconds.
I explained my situation to her, and she asked for my TDL and vehicle I.D. Five dollars and some change bought me a new certificate of title, and I was in and out of there in five minutes flat.
The place was clean and quite. Suzette, the nice lady that took care of me, was a model for what an employee should be. +1 for the local government:-)
