By far my favorite place to get my annual check up. The reception staff is friendly and informative. Making an appointment is simple and fast– checking in is hassle free and the staff keeps you informed each step of the way. The office is clean and professional. The exam itself is straight forward and efficient. I spent less than 20 minutes (without the pupil dilation) in the office. Dr. Tom Wilkins is friendly and personable. He answers all my questions and takes time to explain (if you ask) the changes in my vision; you can tell he’s truly passionate about what he does.
I’ve been going to this office for two years and will continue to come back! We’ve desperately needed a great optometrist in this area.
Pros: clean, friendly, efficient, and great customer service
Cons: I can’t see. But that’s not their fault-​they say the pupil dilation should taper off in a few hours. Until then… TBD ;)

The customer service provided by all the people I encountered was excellent. Dr. Wilkins has a great team & my whole family will be customers as long as he is in business. They has a clean, professional office and are really convenient to downtown Austin & anybody who lives south-​central.

I dropped in to look for RayBan Sunglasses. I spoke/​worked with Dr. Tom and Yesenia and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. They had to order the pair I wanted and it arrived earlier than expected, fit great and looked stellar. I’d highly recommend this TSO location to others looking for sunglasses.

I made an appointment so there was zero waiting when I got there. The office itself is bright and clean, and there’s plenty of people up front to help. The technician was really friendly and seemed on point with all the equipment. The eye doctor was also super friendly and took time to explain and discuss things with me. I didn’t initially plan on getting frames here, and wanted to shop for something really interesting — but I was surprised to find some nice Ray Bans that really caught my eye.
I got my glasses back 8 days later, and I’m really happy with them!
