The Logistics Coordinator (John Morgan) and Director of Operations (Lorri Legge) are both very unfriendly and unprofessional. Luckily, the GM is professional and listened to my complaint.

I attended an event on the 55th floor. It was amazing! Views of the city in nearly every direction both indoors and outside. The setup was great with a big main room and then several areas with sofas or other spots where you could have a more intimate conversation. I don’t know what it takes to use this spot, but it’s hard to think of a more impressive space.

This review is for the Austonian 55th floor club. This exclusive club is available to residents of the Austonian. I was there to entertain the guests of a party. There are multiple rooms where you can have a more intimate conversation and get a different view of the city. Not many people can say that they’ve seen the top of the Frost tower up close. The view is so awesome. Literally. Awesome. They have terraces that allow you to go out and take in the beauty of our beloved city. Simply amazing. The staff was very nice to us and professional.
