It is with great delight that I recommend Debbie Hartzer, Lupe Munoz, Miranda Ruiz-​Leal, and The Legal Connection, Inc.
I have worked with Debbie for the past 14+ years in her roles with Rydman Record Retrieval, Flashback Data, and now The Legal Connection, Inc. Debbie is incredibly energetic, motivated, and professional in every way. Her joyful personality was made for customer contact. She understands the legal profession, the rules related to record retrieval and discovery matters. She is unique in that she appreciates the demands put on the support staff because she was once a paralegal herself. She never fails to amaze me in her abilities to get the job done whether it be through her management skills, business sense, or her «make it happen» attitude.
Debbie has implemented those behaviors into The Legal Connection and her staff. My daily dealings are with Miranda Ruiz-​Leal and Lupe Munoz. Both ladies work hard to complete my projects in my timeframe and understand what is needed to ensure the final product is accurate and admissible.
