The Maidy Bunch

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. They were nice at first, but after I had to reschedule due to our move out date getting pushed back, they made me pre-​pay to keep the next appointment. They never showed up for that appointment, but did respond that they had a family emergency and rescheduled for a date & time after their return. They were no shows to this appointment and did not respond to any emails or phone calls afterwards. I tried to get a refund through paypal but paypal’s refund policy only applies to physical goods, not services. In their dispute reply they promised a refund by email on a specific date, however there was no refund issued. No response since then. These people are a nightmare to work with, and lying unethical thieves.
