Crazy busy on weekends seems to cause network issue with games and long long long lines. It’s just not worth it as its not run well enough to handle the crowds. Dirty floors from drunk parents chasing kids. Great concept but very very poorly managed. If u wanna go to a place with your kids. Get drunk and let them run all over the place in a crowded environment with teenage employees more focused on their phone than you. Go. Enjoy! Me. I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time.

We came here for my sons 9^th birthday, it was just my husband, myself and my 2 kids. We have came here before the remodel and the service was the worst and prizes where hardly worth spending the money to get the tickets and the bowling was «ok» at best. Everything was updated and it was so much fun! Gunner changed our entire outlook on the service part. He was great with the kids and he even put candles in my sons dessert! The service was so much better this time around! Everything looks better! Food taste amazing and the bartenders really know how to make the drinks right! Thanks for making my sons birthday a one to remember! Will be making a come back!

It’s not as cool as I would have liked. The indoor putt putt is so crumby, they didn’t do too much to decorate on the inside. Food is ok.

If you have kids in this town you know the whole birthday party venue circuit. This is a shiny one, but like most, the ownership seems to have confused «designed for kids» with «being run by kids». With 10 nine years olds being held in the lobby, with reservations and me showing up ten minutes early to get them ready to avoid just that happening, the three teenagers took about 30 minutes to serve us and one other party, were totally confused and in disarray, the service is exactly what you would expect for a business where the person in «charge» (in the office, behind the computer, with the walkie, directing the other teens working there) literally took twenty minutes to even find the person who was supposed to handle us. Then they went in there and talked to together for another ten. Finally I went in there and asked what could possibly be the issue where escorting the kids to wherever they were supposed to be could take ½ hour, with reservation, VERY expensive ones at that. If you just want to kill some time playing the overpriced and outdated games, sure, knock yourself out. If you are expecting even drive-​thru level service, or a single adult in the entire building running things, you will not be pleased. For what we paid, one star is generous. This has turned into such a rat race — the whole kids birthday party circuit — that these businesses know they dont have to do much because it is a constant pressure and flow of money.
Find a nice park and serve caviar for less. Maybe hire a clown. Dont waste your money here because, although I am sure the kids think they are running the place like Apple, at 16, how would they even know? Shiny, but sadly as it the case with most businesses in this day and age, you leave feeling they feel like you are there to serve them and the teen are just doing the bare minimum to keep their jobs.
I am almost so over this with three kids, I might just have to open my own place, as this is a cash machine of a business, and it wouldn’t take much to run it a lot better. Parents scramble to secure spots so no pressure to «earn» your business, so they certainly dont make much effort to do so. Good luck with it.
Pinballz may be the only place in town I dont cringe to spend money on — just a basic old school arcade where what you see is what you get and fairly priced.

Dirty restrooms, broken arcade machines that take your cash, bad bartenders and long wait times for any other attractions.

Terrible service and way overpriced for a kids party. It was $ 140.00 just for bowling on 2 lanes w/​shoes.

Went here for a friends birthday, when we come back I would prefer not to come on a Sunday… It was a bit chaotic. But the place was clean and the buffet was stocked. There were seats set up around the games for adults to sit, very nice. Good for all ages.
A bit pricey but they had specials throughout the year.

Really poorly staffed. No one at the golf area. We had to take clubs and balls ourselves. No one at the 3d ride area. Food not available. Three years ago this place was great, now it’s not that great. Head to Pinballz for fun.

We went here for a birthday party. They had us scheduled for an hour of rock wall, a game of laser tag and a pizza lunch.
Our «concierge» was wonderful. She kept the party on track and moved everything from the rock wall to pizza to laser tag.
It was all so easy we will be booking my son’s next birthday party here.

Had a wonderful time with my son; bowled and play video games. pretty expensive but a nice treat every once in a while.
Thinking this will be a great place for his 9^th birthday party!!!

Welp, basically it’s a huge building with pretty much everything you can imagine. I was surprised at how large the rock climbing area happened to be. It had bouldering and looooots of top rope stuff as well. I did the mini golf with some friends and it ended up being pretty entertaining. It’s lit with black lights so it has this cosmic glowy feel to it.
Didn’t get a chance to check out anything else so I’ll have to put it on my list to check out though I’m not sure on pricing given that I went during a $ 5 per event special (each activity is an ‘event’ and they give you a wristband)
No problem with parking or anything as the lot was large.
