Here is a fun little shop to check out if you’re ever hanging around East Austin. Many of the products sold here are by local designers. They carry a small collection of clothing, jewelry, art, stationary, etc. The style here is definitely distinct. Expect boutique prices.
** The Royal Family is planning to move to a new location soon! They are also changing their store name. Updates coming soon!

I happened upon this store on my last trip to Austin after lunch at Progress Coffee. At first I thought it was just a moped shop until I noticed a rack of clothes outside. I’m so glad I went in because this place has the chill, subtle vibe of many a boutique I frequented in my hometown — NYC. Great clothing and accessories selection (they carry Built by Wendy!), cool space (not cluttered and stuffy) and good music. All of the qualities that make for a hefty purchase.

Sells the sort of clothes you’d wear while being a moped riding hipster. They also sell the mopeds, so you can re-accessorize your life all at once.
Small, sparse selection, but interesting.
