The Staging Guy

My husband and I recently sold our home in Dripping Springs, and we knew that it could potentially be a challenge based on its location, so we decided that staging the house would be an investment that we should make.
After getting quotes from multiple stagers, we were concerned about their costs and timeframes. However, as soon as we talked to Richard — «The Staging Guy» — we knew we had our guy. He was so reasonable and pleasant to work with. He made both the staging and the de-​staging happen on a timetable that was very flexible and worked for us.
Most importantly, our house looked beautiful. It wasn’t overdone at all, just simple, tasteful and complimentary to the architectural details of the home.
Even in the hot Austin market, homes in our price range are taking an average of six months to sell. We had an offer in a month, and we were priced fairly but aggressively. I know that a large reason why we got a good offer so quickly was because of how beautifully our house was staged.
