Thompson’s Hardwood Flooring

Thompson Hardwood flooring and tile was an absolute nightmare, Josh said it would take 5 days to complete work (tile, laminate and stretch carpet), it took 2 months of complete aggravation. Tile floor was un –level to where i had to have him take it out and replace it some i caught before the thin set set, so i took it out the grout was uneven so josh went through with some caulk and tried to patch it so now there was a bunch of patches everywhere, so he sands those out and gets it somewhat looking good. Laminate floor transitions were uneven and had to be redone, a 2 foot transition piece he put in in 2 pieces. Did not know what he was doing. Carpet, we decided not to let him screw up anymore stuff and had someone else do it.
So unprofessional, 7 place around the outside of our house that were messed up from cleaning, mixing, and dumping that had to be cleaned up and never an apology for the time it was taking or the sloppy work that was done. Also ran over my mailbox and never told us but propped it up with one of their tools. We took many pictures and had to write numerous Emails and phone calls, it was like i was the general contractor on the job. I am writing this review because i hope no one else ever has to go through the crap i did. Eddie Franco
