Vast amount of products but poor customer service. Multiple emails never replied nor were my phone calls ever returned. Don’t waste your time here. Should have known better with the limited reviews.

Alex was very helpful helping me coordinate our master bath redo. He quoted prices per square foot, but we didn’t get an actual quote, once our contractor turned in the quantities. The overall price was much higher than we anticipated based on the original quoted prices. The final straw that will keep me from going back is the fact that they charged $ 30/​package for the trim pieces, and the EXACT pieces can be purchased from Lowe’s — same manufacturer, slightly different packaging for $ 15 per package. I feel ripped off! Design process, 4 stars, pricing 0 stars.

My husband and I had such a phenomenal experince here. We worked with a young man who helped us pick out countertops, backsplash, and tile for our new home! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We can’t wait to come back to finish the rest of our home!
