Titan Evolution

Titan Evolution is my go-​to gym. I have been a member since they opened nearly a year and a half ago and I can’t imagine another place where I would meet my fitness goals like I do at Titan Evolution. Kevin and Christian know their stuff. Both offer a different style and approach to their classes, which really helps keep things interesting. No matter the class you attend, you will be presented a hefty challenge and encouraged and motivated by both trainers and members alike to see it through. You want to be more fit? Stronger? Faster? Breath easier? Feel freaking great? Bring yourself to Titan Evolution! By the way, new folks always get a free week in the gym.

If you’re looking for challenging and dynamic workouts, a positive community of athletes (at all levels), and trainers who motivate and care about their members’ fitness goals and health then your search can stop here. Each week focuses on a specific theme (Strength, Speed, Barbell Complex and Work Capacity) and classes are typically an hour in length ranging in size from 4 – 20 athletes depending on the time of day. I’ve been to a lot of gyms and boot camps around Austin and haven’t encountered anywhere that’s as challenging (you’ll be pushed to your limits), accommodating, positive and fun as Titan!

Titan Evolution offers a full body blasting workout to push your muscles to the limit. VERY challenging, especially if you don’t lift weights often. Never be afraid of a challenge! You need to face it head on and just go for it. This is a fun and athletic environment filled with awesome people and trainers that make you feel right at home.

This gym is the best! I have been to many gyms around Austin (Pure Austin, Crossfit Central, Crossfit Fit & Fearless, Crossfit Austin and some of the corporate gyms) and Titan is by far my favorite. Kevin and Christian care about what matters most to their clients and are willing to personalize just about everything to make people happy. The classes are typically small, and everyone I meet is always excited about the daily workouts. Also, I have witnessed some people achieve tremendous healthy results in a short period of time.
My girlfriend practiced yoga and it was the only form of workout she ever did prior to Titan. Now, she is obsessed with lifting weights and the high intensity workouts. She loves how strong she feels now, and so do I!

I love the challenge of something new every day, I love the feeling of being sore but wanting to push myself to the next level, Titan Evolution delivers! Build muscle, burn fat, and get stronger without feeling left behind! I like the small classes and the encouragement from the other members I always want to come back for more, I compete against myself and Titan helps me deliver!

Two things jump out: the workouts are hard and the people are nice.
Kevin (owner) claims to create the hardest work-​outs in town… and I agree with him. BUT the mix of gym members is diverse: young and old, serious athletes and folks focused on weight control and general health. Kevin sets a great tone — welcoming and encouraging everyone; making regular efforts to give specific coaching and remember you by name.
